【摘要】：近年來(lái),宏觀政策對(duì)微觀企業(yè)行為影響的研究不斷增多。本文以2006-2015年A股上市公司為樣本,通過(guò)雙重差分法,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、高管過(guò)度自信與企業(yè)現(xiàn)金持有的關(guān)系,預(yù)期為宏觀政策環(huán)境對(duì)企業(yè)的微觀影響提供新的經(jīng)驗(yàn)證據(jù)。研究結(jié)果表明高管過(guò)度自信與企業(yè)現(xiàn)金持有是正相關(guān)關(guān)系,產(chǎn)業(yè)政策抑制了高管過(guò)度自信對(duì)企業(yè)現(xiàn)金持有的影響機(jī)制。研究結(jié)果豐富了企業(yè)現(xiàn)金持有的相關(guān)研究,同時(shí)為改善企業(yè)行為活動(dòng)和國(guó)家宏觀政策的制定提供了有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the influence of macro-policy on micro-enterprise behavior is increasing.Taking A share listed companies from 2006 to 2015 as a sample, this paper empirically tests the relationship between industrial policy, executive overconfidence and corporate cash holding through double differential method. It is expected to provide new empirical evidence for the microcosmic impact of macro policy environment on enterprises.The results show that there is a positive correlation between executive overconfidence and corporate cash holding, and industrial policies inhibit the influence mechanism of executive overconfidence on corporate cash holding.The results of the study enrich the relevant research on corporate cash holdings and provide useful experience for improving corporate behavior and national macro policy formulation.
