【摘要】：工業(yè)化是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的必然階段。本文分析了工業(yè)化過程中地方政府的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇與環(huán)境關(guān)系。研究表明:地方政府有著大力發(fā)展工業(yè)的迫切性,但由于經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的階段性,限制了地方政府的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇權(quán)。經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)具有輕污染密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)特征,而欠發(fā)達地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)具有污染密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)特征。因此,欠發(fā)達區(qū)要改變工業(yè)化過程中工業(yè)污染問題,必須要設(shè)置環(huán)境門檻,嚴防污染產(chǎn)業(yè)隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)移而轉(zhuǎn)移。
[Abstract]:Industrialization is the inevitable stage of economic development.This paper analyzes the relationship between industrial choice and environment of local government in the process of industrialization.The research shows that the local government has the urgency to develop the industry vigorously, but because of the stage of the economic development level, it restricts the local government's choice of industry.Industries in economically developed areas are characterized by light pollution intensive industries, while those in less developed regions are characterized by pollution intensive industries.Therefore, in order to change the problem of industrial pollution in the process of industrialization, the less developed areas must set up the environmental threshold and strictly prevent the pollution industry from moving with the transfer of industry.
