【摘要】：將創(chuàng)新劃分為產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與組織創(chuàng)新3種類型,構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與組織創(chuàng)新評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,比較我國東、中、西部地區(qū)的3類創(chuàng)新發(fā)展水平,并測(cè)度了產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與組織創(chuàng)新之間的匹配協(xié)調(diào)程度。研究結(jié)果表明:2008-2013年間我國東部地區(qū)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展水平明顯高于中西部地區(qū);東部地區(qū)創(chuàng)新之間的協(xié)調(diào)作用程度主要處于初級(jí)協(xié)調(diào)階段,而中西部地區(qū)創(chuàng)新之間的協(xié)調(diào)作用程度處于瀕臨失調(diào)或勉強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)階段,東部地區(qū)創(chuàng)新間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平明顯高于中西部地區(qū)。各地區(qū)在實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略中,應(yīng)重視產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與組織創(chuàng)新之間的匹配性與協(xié)調(diào)性。
[Abstract]:The innovation is divided into three types: industrial innovation, technological innovation and organizational innovation. The evaluation index system of industrial innovation, technological innovation and organizational innovation is constructed, and the development level of three types of innovation in east, middle and west regions of China is compared.And measure the degree of coordination between industrial innovation, technological innovation and organizational innovation.The results show that the level of innovation development in eastern China is significantly higher than that in central and western regions during the period of 2008-2013, and the degree of coordination between innovation in eastern China is mainly in the primary stage of coordination.However, the degree of coordination between innovation in the central and western regions is on the verge of maladjustment or at the stage of barely coordinating, and the level of coordinated development among innovation in the eastern region is obviously higher than that in the central and western regions.In implementing innovation-driven strategy, all regions should attach importance to the matching and coordination among industrial innovation, technological innovation and organizational innovation.
