閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力研究

【摘要】:茶產(chǎn)業(yè)作為福建省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在滿足我國茶葉市場的需求、幫助農(nóng)民脫貧致富、實(shí)現(xiàn)出口創(chuàng)匯、促進(jìn)福建省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面都發(fā)揮著重要作用。茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是一種重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形式。茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)的企業(yè)通過密切的交流和合作,可發(fā)揮出規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)和范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大的溢出效應(yīng)。隨著我國交通的便利化和市場條件的不斷改善,茶葉流通范圍逐漸擴(kuò)大,烏龍茶產(chǎn)地之間的競爭也日趨激烈。閩南烏龍茶不僅要與閩北烏龍茶、廣東烏龍茶、臺(tái)灣烏龍茶競爭市場,還要與湖北、湖南等新加入烏龍茶市場的競爭者開展競爭。因此,需要評(píng)價(jià)閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力,找出阻礙茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的主要因素,才能夠指導(dǎo)地方政府采用恰當(dāng)?shù)拇胧?解決閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,促使閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力得以提升。本文以閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力為研究對(duì)象。首先,本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法,梳理了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群及茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的概念進(jìn)行了界定。其次,界定了閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的范圍,敘述了閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的概況。然后,用圖表分析法對(duì)閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的要素現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行定性分析。在定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,選取了24個(gè)具體項(xiàng)目,構(gòu)建起閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。采取問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)閩南重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)茶縣的一些專家和企業(yè)收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),共收回企業(yè)問卷116份,有效問卷100份;專家問卷44份,有效問卷40份。對(duì)閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力進(jìn)行了測度,得分為435,表明閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群六個(gè)因素平均分在6-7分之間,可見閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在中國國內(nèi)具有一定競爭力,但是競爭力不強(qiáng)。通過對(duì)具體要素的研究,本文得出了如下結(jié)果:在閩南茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi),基礎(chǔ)方面:自然資源要素對(duì)該集群的競爭力貢獻(xiàn)最大,資本資源要素是制約該集群的競爭力的主要要素;企業(yè)方面:快遞業(yè)發(fā)展要素對(duì)該集群的競爭力貢獻(xiàn)最大,茶產(chǎn)品加工附加值、龍頭企業(yè)規(guī)模是制約該集群的競爭力的重要要素;市場方面:國內(nèi)市場品牌認(rèn)可狀況對(duì)該集群的競爭力貢獻(xiàn)最大,國際市場品牌認(rèn)可狀況、國際市場進(jìn)入狀況、國際市場銷售狀況是制約該集群的競爭力的重要要素。最后,根據(jù)制約該集群的競爭力的要素,本文提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The tea industry as a pillar industry of agricultural industry in Fujian Province, to meet China's tea market demand, to help farmers out of poverty, realize exports, promoting the economic development of Fujian province has played an important role. The tea industry cluster is an important form of industrial organization. The tea industry clusters through exchanges and cooperation close, can play the economies of scale and scope efficiency, produce a strong spillover effect. With the convenience of traffic of our country and market conditions continue to improve, gradually expand the scope of the tea circulation, Oolong Tea between the origin of the competition has become increasingly fierce. The Oolong Tea not only to Oolong Tea and North Fujian, Guangdong Oolong Tea, Taiwan Oolong Tea competition in the market, but also with the Hubei, Hunan and other new Oolong Tea competitors in the market competition. Therefore, to Fujian tea industry cluster competitiveness evaluation, finds out the tea industry The main factors of cluster competitiveness, to guide the local government to adopt appropriate measures to solve practical problems in tea industry cluster, promote Fujian tea industry cluster competitiveness can be improved. Based on the cluster competitiveness of Fujian tea industry as the research object. Firstly, this paper uses the methods of literature study, reviews the existing literature concept the tea industry cluster and tea industry cluster competitiveness are defined. Secondly, defines the scope of Fujian tea industry cluster, describes the general situation of Fujian tea industry cluster development. Then, using the chart analysis elements of status of the tea industry cluster competitiveness in qualitative analysis. On the basis of qualitative analysis, select the 24 specific projects, build Fujian tea industry cluster competitiveness evaluation index system. Through a survey of some experts and enterprises in Fujian key tea producing county Collect relevant data, the enterprise recovered a total of 116 questionnaires, 100 valid questionnaires expert; 44 questionnaires, 40 valid questionnaires. The Fujian tea industry cluster competitiveness of the measure, a score of 435, showed that the Fujian tea industry cluster six factors at an average of 6-7 points between the visible Minnan tea industry cluster has certain competitiveness in the Chinese domestic, but the competition is not strong. Through the research on the specific elements of this paper, the main results are as follows: based in Fujian tea industrial clusters, natural resources: the greatest contribution to the competitiveness of the cluster, capital resources is the main factors restricting the cluster competitiveness; enterprise: elements for the development of express industry contribution on the competitiveness of the cluster, the added value of tea products, the scale of leading enterprises is an important factor restricting the competitiveness of the cluster; Market: domestic market brand recognition in the cluster The competitiveness is the most important factor that restricts the competitiveness of the cluster. Finally, according to the factors that restrict the competitiveness of the cluster, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
