【摘要】：自上個(gè)世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),隨著科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷進(jìn)步與快速發(fā)展,生物制造產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸得到全球性的關(guān)注。而2008年的國(guó)際金融危機(jī),使全球各國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)陷入不同程度的低迷狀態(tài),他們?yōu)榱吮M快恢復(fù)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),都在尋找新的、綠色的、可持續(xù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式。生物制造產(chǎn)業(yè)也因此逐漸被重視起來(lái)。我國(guó)的生物制造產(chǎn)業(yè)在未來(lái)幾十年內(nèi)會(huì)有極大的發(fā)展空間,因此如何促進(jìn)我國(guó)生物制造產(chǎn)業(yè)向可持續(xù)的方向發(fā)展是我國(guó)目前面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)重要問(wèn)題。本文在明確生物制造、生物制造產(chǎn)業(yè)等基本概念和生物制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的特征后,以比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期理論為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外生物制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比和經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,得出對(duì)吉林省的啟示,然后利用可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論為指導(dǎo),在相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)研究基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了一套生物制造產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的評(píng)價(jià)體系,將經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、技術(shù)和政府作為評(píng)價(jià)的一級(jí)指標(biāo)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用AHP-模糊綜合法來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)吉林省生物制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展性,通過(guò)相關(guān)實(shí)證結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),其仍處于初級(jí)發(fā)展階段,并提出關(guān)于發(fā)展生物制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的對(duì)策建議。在文章的最后闡明本文不足之處及未來(lái)研究方向。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, with the continuous progress and rapid development of science and technology and industry, the bio-manufacturing industry has gradually received global attention. In order to restore economic growth as soon as possible, they are all looking for new, green ones. Sustainable economic growth mode. As a result, the bio-manufacturing industry has been gradually attached importance to. The bio-manufacturing industry in China will have a great space for development in the coming decades. Therefore, how to promote the sustainable development of the biological manufacturing industry in China is an important practical problem that our country is facing at present. After defining the basic concepts of biological manufacturing and biological manufacturing industry and the characteristics of the biological manufacturing industry, this paper discusses how to promote the sustainable development of the biological manufacturing industry in China. Based on the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of industry life cycle, this paper analyzes and compares the present development situation of biological manufacturing industry at home and abroad, and draws the enlightenment to Jilin Province, and then uses the theory of sustainable development as the guide. On the basis of the evaluation of sustainable development of related industries, a set of evaluation system of sustainable development of biological manufacturing industry is constructed. The economy, environment, technology and government are regarded as the primary indicators of the evaluation. The AHP- fuzzy synthesis method is used to evaluate the sustainable development of biological manufacturing industry in Jilin Province. The results show that it is still in the primary stage of development. At the end of this paper, the shortcomings of this paper and the direction of future research are expounded.
