【摘要】：在國(guó)際區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化蓬勃發(fā)展和中國(guó)與俄羅斯深入發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系的大背景下,推動(dòng)跨國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作已經(jīng)成為時(shí)代發(fā)展的總體趨勢(shì)。中國(guó)東北地區(qū)和俄羅斯遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)合作一直以來(lái)是國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多研究學(xué)者關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域,中國(guó)和俄羅斯作為當(dāng)今世界的兩個(gè)毗鄰的大國(guó),在政治,經(jīng)濟(jì),軍事等領(lǐng)域都存在著極大的互補(bǔ)性,在具有地緣關(guān)系的產(chǎn)業(yè)合作中更是突出了兩個(gè)大國(guó)間強(qiáng)烈的產(chǎn)業(yè)合作意愿,兩國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系的深度和廣度在不斷的合作過程中都得到了很大程度的深化和發(fā)展。在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作中,中國(guó)東北地區(qū)和俄羅斯遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)在地緣優(yōu)勢(shì)上和其他國(guó)家相比具有無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì)地理區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),此外兩國(guó)的政府對(duì)于兩國(guó)兩地區(qū)的合作發(fā)展更是給予了高度的重視,兩國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展很大程度上對(duì)于國(guó)際上其他國(guó)家進(jìn)行區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作提供了一個(gè)良好的范本,因此深入對(duì)兩國(guó)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的研究具有非凡的意義。相融性產(chǎn)業(yè)合作作為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)理論研究的一個(gè)新內(nèi)容,不僅對(duì)于豐富中俄地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的研究提供了一個(gè)全新的思路,而且對(duì)于兩國(guó)進(jìn)行深入產(chǎn)業(yè)合作起到了一個(gè)積極推動(dòng)的作用。結(jié)合相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作理論,對(duì)中俄區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)合作基礎(chǔ),合作現(xiàn)狀等因素的分析,并選取了十一個(gè)發(fā)展程度良好的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)合十個(gè)不同的影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,對(duì)于推進(jìn)兩國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)合作是否具有實(shí)質(zhì)性發(fā)展具有重要的意義。在中國(guó)東北和俄羅斯遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)合作態(tài)勢(shì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出了中國(guó)東北和俄羅斯遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)相融性產(chǎn)業(yè)合作模式,以及推進(jìn)中俄兩地區(qū)相融性產(chǎn)業(yè)合作的對(duì)策和建議。為中國(guó)和俄羅斯區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了一個(gè)嶄新的思路,為兩國(guó)進(jìn)一步深化產(chǎn)業(yè)合作和世界其他跨國(guó)區(qū)域合作提供了理論借鑒。
[Abstract]:Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of international regional economic integration and the in-depth development of the strategic partnership between China and Russia, Promoting transnational regional economic cooperation has become the general trend of the times. The industrial cooperation between Northeast China and the far East of Russia has always been the focus of attention of many domestic and foreign scholars. As two neighboring powers in the world today, China and Russia are highly complementary in the political, economic, military and other fields. In the industrial cooperation with geographical relations, China and Russia have also highlighted the strong industrial cooperation will between the two powers. The depth and breadth of the strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries have been greatly deepened and developed in the process of continuous cooperation. Compared with other countries, Northeast China and the far East of Russia have unparalleled advantages in geographical location. In addition, the governments of the two countries have attached great importance to the development of cooperation between the two countries. To a large extent, the development of the regional economies of the two countries has provided a good model for regional economic cooperation among other countries in the world. Therefore, it is of great significance to further study the regional industrial economic cooperation between the two countries. Not only has it provided a new way of thinking for the study of enriching the industrial economic cooperation between China and Russia, Moreover, it has played an active role in promoting in-depth industrial cooperation between the two countries. Combined with the relevant industrial economics theory and the theory of regional economic cooperation, this paper analyzes the basis of Sino-Russian regional industrial cooperation, the current situation of cooperation, and other factors. And selected 11 well-developed industries combined with ten different influencing factors for empirical analysis. It is of great significance to promote the industrial cooperation between the two countries. Based on the analysis of the situation of industrial cooperation between Northeast China and the Russian far East, this paper puts forward a model of industrial cooperation between Northeast China and the Russian far East. As well as the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the industrial cooperation between China and Russia, which provides a new way of thinking for the development of regional industries in China and Russia. It provides theoretical reference for further deepening industrial cooperation and other transnational regional cooperation between the two countries.
