【摘要】：鑒于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整與變化會造成市場人才需求方向及需求量的變化,而高職院�，F(xiàn)有的專業(yè)體系培養(yǎng)出的人才很難滿足新的市場需求,高職院校應(yīng)根據(jù)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的演變,對專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)調(diào)整,以應(yīng)對新的形勢變化。并結(jié)合實際教學(xué)經(jīng)驗,在相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)上,重點分析區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變對高職教育專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,給出應(yīng)對這種變化的具體措施。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the adjustment and change of the industrial structure will lead to the change of the demand direction and demand for talents in the market, the talents trained by the existing professional system in higher vocational colleges are very difficult to meet the new market demand, so the higher vocational colleges should adapt to the evolution of the regional industrial structure. In order to cope with the change of new situation, we should adjust the professional structure properly and analyze the influence of the evolution of regional industrial structure on the professional structure of higher vocational education based on the actual teaching experience and related research. The concrete measures to deal with this change are given.
