【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),是交通運輸、倉儲、貨運代理和信息等行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè),現(xiàn)已成為服務(wù)行業(yè)的十大重點之一。隨著經(jīng)濟全球一體化,全球價值鏈要求在全球配置資源和銷售產(chǎn)品,對物流產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)水平要求更高。目前,湖南省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模在不斷擴大,但服務(wù)水平相對落后,大多承擔(dān)著全球價值鏈中的運輸、倉儲等附加值極低的環(huán)節(jié)。因此,具有高效率低成本的現(xiàn)代物流服務(wù)體系成為湖南省其他產(chǎn)業(yè)能否取得國內(nèi)外競爭優(yōu)勢的關(guān)鍵,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級路徑相應(yīng)成為熱點焦點問題。但是,目前并未建立一套完整的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展評價體系,如何全面、科學(xué)、合理地評價物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展水平和成效,是一個亟需解決的問題。本文首先從全球價值鏈角度出發(fā),定義物流全球價值鏈內(nèi)涵;從物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的內(nèi)涵、運行特征的角度闡述了物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展帶來的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng);以鉆石理論產(chǎn)業(yè)升級為依據(jù),闡述物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級的動態(tài)演進路徑;其次,將鉆石模型與物理產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的機理結(jié)合起來,分析物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級的影響因素是產(chǎn)出能力、創(chuàng)新能力、競爭合作、集群品牌、交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、人力資源和產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動;通過SPSS19.0的信度分析、相關(guān)性性分析以及效度檢驗對指標進行篩選,建立物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級的評價指標體系;再次,運用因子分析法結(jié)合SPSS19.0數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法對選取的5省份物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級能力做出評價;影響升級的三大主要因素是物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的綜合競爭力、資源存量和環(huán)境支撐和產(chǎn)出規(guī)模能力;通過縱向比較,得出湖南省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級水平整體上處于中等偏下水平;最后,根據(jù)評級結(jié)果和影響升級的制約因素,提出湖南省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級的措施和建議。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics industry is the basic industry of national economy, and it is the producer service industry of transportation, storage, freight forwarder and information etc. It has become one of the top ten emphases of service industry. At present, the scale of logistics industry in Hunan Province is expanding, but the service level is relatively backward, most of them bear the transportation in the global value chain. Therefore, the modern logistics service system with high efficiency and low cost has become the key for other industries in Hunan Province to obtain the competitive advantage at home and abroad. However, there is no complete evaluation system of logistics industry cluster development. How to evaluate the development level and effect of logistics industry cluster in a comprehensive, scientific and reasonable way? This paper first defines the connotation of logistics global value chain from the perspective of global value chain, expounds the economic effect brought by the development of logistics industry cluster from the perspective of the connotation and operation characteristics of logistics industry cluster. Based on the theory of diamond industry upgrading, this paper expounds the dynamic evolution path of logistics industry cluster upgrading. Secondly, combining the diamond model with the mechanism of physical industry cluster development, the paper analyzes that the influence factor of logistics industry cluster upgrading is output ability. Innovative ability, competitive cooperation, cluster brand, transportation infrastructure, human resources and industry linkage; screening of indicators by reliability analysis, correlation analysis and validity test of SPSS19.0. Thirdly, using factor analysis method and SPSS19.0 data statistics method to evaluate the upgrading ability of logistics industry cluster in 5 provinces. The three main factors that affect the upgrading are the comprehensive competitiveness of logistics industry, resource stock, environmental support and output scale ability. Through vertical comparison, it is concluded that the upgrading level of logistics industry cluster in Hunan Province is at the middle and lower level as a whole; finally, According to the result of rating and the restrictive factors affecting upgrading, the measures and suggestions of upgrading logistics industry cluster in Hunan Province are put forward.
