【摘要】：正2014年中央農村工作會議提出"把產業(yè)鏈、價值鏈等現(xiàn)代產業(yè)組織方式引入農業(yè),發(fā)展‘第六產業(yè)’",2015年中央"一號文件"更是明確提出"發(fā)展‘第六產業(yè)’,延長農業(yè)產業(yè)鏈、提高農業(yè)附加值,增加農民收入"。表明"第六產業(yè)"是當前我國"三農"領域的主攻方向,也是增加農民收入的重要途徑。"第六產業(yè)"是以農業(yè)為基礎,以農產品加工為引領,在新型農業(yè)經(jīng)營主體的帶領下,開發(fā)農業(yè)的多種功
