【摘要】：在新的扶貧攻堅(jiān)歷史時期,農(nóng)村一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展為貧困地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來了前所未有的機(jī)遇�；谖淞晟狡瑓^(qū)三產(chǎn)融合的經(jīng)典案例分析,總結(jié)出農(nóng)旅一體化帶動型、縱向一體化延伸型、基層黨組織引領(lǐng)型和電商平臺助推型等四種典型的三產(chǎn)融合模式,并對各種模式的內(nèi)涵及特征進(jìn)行了深入分析,進(jìn)而從宏觀、中觀和微觀三個層面系統(tǒng)闡述了貧困地區(qū)一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的運(yùn)行機(jī)制。貧困地區(qū)應(yīng)從夯實(shí)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)、加大政策扶持、深化機(jī)制體制創(chuàng)新和完善產(chǎn)業(yè)融合平臺建設(shè)等方面構(gòu)筑農(nóng)村一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的可行之路。
[Abstract]:In the new historical period of poverty alleviation, the development of 123 industries in rural areas has brought unprecedented opportunities for the economic development of poverty-stricken areas. Based on the classic case study of the integration of three industries in Wuling Mountain region, the paper concludes that the integration of agriculture and tourism is the driving force. There are four typical three types of integration models: vertical integration extension model, grass-roots party organization leading model and electronic commerce platform type. The connotation and characteristics of these models are analyzed in depth, and then from the macro perspective, the paper makes a thorough analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the three types of models. This paper systematically expounds the operating mechanism of 123 industry integration development in poor areas from the three levels of meso and micro. The poor areas should strengthen the foundation of industrial development and increase policy support. Deepening the innovation of mechanism and system and perfecting the construction of industrial convergence platform are the feasible ways to construct the rural 123 industry integration development.
