【摘要】：在現(xiàn)有的研究中,對于商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)新投資決策的關(guān)系,學(xué)者們僅僅考慮了它們相互之間作用的情況,卻沒考慮企業(yè)作為個體在每個行業(yè)中面臨的環(huán)境不確定性不同,而實證表明環(huán)境不確定性對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)新投資決策的相互關(guān)系有調(diào)節(jié)作用,所以,很有必要將環(huán)境不確定性引入到研究企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)新投資決策的關(guān)系中來。首先,本文基于價值鏈理論與權(quán)變理論,對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投資決策之間的協(xié)同關(guān)系做了深入的討論。實證發(fā)現(xiàn)：商業(yè)模式與創(chuàng)新投入之間的相互作用是顯著的。其次,本文在交易成本理論與動態(tài)能力理論基礎(chǔ)之上,討論了環(huán)境不確定性與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新之間的關(guān)系,將環(huán)境不確定性分三方面：環(huán)境動態(tài)性、復(fù)雜性、包容性分別引入到研究商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投資決策的關(guān)系中來。同時,商業(yè)模式也從五個維度六方面來考量,實證研究表明：環(huán)境不確定性的三個方面都對商業(yè)模式和創(chuàng)新投入之間的關(guān)系具有調(diào)節(jié)作用。具體來說：(1)商業(yè)模式在資產(chǎn)營運能力和經(jīng)銷商能力方面對創(chuàng)新投入有一定的影響,創(chuàng)新投入對商業(yè)模式(除經(jīng)銷商能力)均有顯著的影響,環(huán)境動態(tài)性對商業(yè)模式(特別是供應(yīng)商能力)的促進作用也較顯著。(2)商業(yè)模式在資產(chǎn)營運能力、經(jīng)銷商能力和固定資產(chǎn)能力方面對創(chuàng)新投入有一定的影響,創(chuàng)新投入對商業(yè)模式均有顯著作用,環(huán)境復(fù)雜性對商業(yè)模式的促進作用也很顯著。(3)商業(yè)模式在供應(yīng)商能力、固定資產(chǎn)能力和營業(yè)收入能力方面對創(chuàng)新投入有一定的影響,創(chuàng)新投入對資產(chǎn)營運能力和營業(yè)收入能力有顯著的影響,環(huán)境包容性也顯著的促進商業(yè)模式。從影響程度來看,創(chuàng)新投入對商業(yè)模式的影響程度更大,并且在這一過程中環(huán)境不確定性的三方面均對商業(yè)模式與創(chuàng)新投入的關(guān)系起到了一定的調(diào)節(jié)作用。最后,對環(huán)境不確定性、戰(zhàn)略新興企業(yè)商業(yè)模式與創(chuàng)新投資績效關(guān)系進行了探討,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)：商業(yè)模式在不同維度下,會出現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新投入滯后二期、創(chuàng)新投入滯后一期、商業(yè)模式對企業(yè)財務(wù)績效的促進作用是顯著的,而公司規(guī)模和資產(chǎn)負債率對公司財務(wù)績效的作用在各維度下均不顯著。
[Abstract]:In the existing research, the relationship between business model innovation and innovation investment decision, scholars only consider the interaction between them, but do not take into account the different environmental uncertainty that enterprises as individuals face in each industry. The empirical results show that environmental uncertainty can regulate the relationship between business model innovation and innovation investment decision, so, It is necessary to introduce environmental uncertainty into the study of the relationship between business model innovation and innovation investment decision. Firstly, based on the value chain theory and contingency theory, The synergetic relationship between business model innovation and enterprise innovation investment decision is discussed in depth. The empirical results show that the interaction between business model and innovation investment is significant. Secondly, On the basis of transaction cost theory and dynamic capability theory, this paper discusses the relationship between environmental uncertainty and business model innovation. Inclusiveness is introduced into the study of the relationship between business model innovation and enterprise innovation investment decision. At the same time, business model is also considered from five dimensions and six aspects. Empirical research shows that the three aspects of environmental uncertainty have a moderating effect on the relationship between business model and innovation investment. Specifically, business model has certain influence on innovation investment in terms of asset operation ability and dealer ability. Innovation investment has significant influence on business model (except dealer ability), and environmental dynamics also has significant influence on business model (especially supplier ability). The ability of dealers and fixed assets has a certain influence on innovation investment, innovation investment plays a significant role in business model, and environmental complexity also plays a significant role in promoting business model. The capacity of fixed assets and operating income has a certain impact on innovation investment, innovation investment has a significant impact on asset operating capacity and revenue capacity, and environmental inclusiveness also significantly promotes business model. Innovation investment has a greater impact on business model, and the three aspects of environmental uncertainty play a role in regulating the relationship between business model and innovation investment. The relationship between business model and innovation investment performance of strategic emerging enterprises is discussed. The results show that innovation investment lags behind the second phase and innovation investment lags behind in different dimensions. The promotion effect of business model on enterprise financial performance is significant, but the effect of company size and asset-liability ratio on corporate financial performance is not significant under each dimension.
