【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議創(chuàng)造了新型國際產能合作模式。"政策溝通、道路聯(lián)通、貿易暢通、貨幣流通和民心相通",為跨國產業(yè)合作提供了大平臺和大通道。黑龍江省作為全國沿邊開放新高地、面向俄羅斯及東北亞開放的重要樞紐站、沿邊重要經濟增長區(qū)域,是"一帶一路"倡議東部陸海絲綢之路的重要節(jié)點。黑龍江省應以"一帶一路"為契機,在林業(yè)資源、礦產資源、油氣資源、煤炭資源、農業(yè)開發(fā)、水產資源、化工資源、電力資源等方面,全面強化國際合作,進一步拓展產業(yè)轉型升級空間。
[Abstract]:"Belt and Road" initiative has created a new mode of international capacity cooperation. "Policy communication, road connectivity, smooth trade, currency circulation and people's hearts and minds." Heilongjiang Province is an important hub station for the opening of Russia and Northeast Asia, and an important economic growth area along the border. It is an important node of the "Belt and Road" initiative for the eastern land and sea Silk Road. Heilongjiang Province should take "Belt and Road" as an opportunity to take the opportunity in forestry resources, mineral resources, oil and gas resources, coal resources, agricultural development, aquatic resources. Chemical resources, power resources and other aspects, comprehensive strengthening of international cooperation, further expand the space for industrial transformation and upgrading.
