云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟知識獲取機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:云計(jì)算自提出以來發(fā)展迅猛,世界各國對它的廣闊市場前景和巨大的產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)遇給予高度關(guān)注,全球IT公司紛紛向云計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)型,云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模高速增長。云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟(CCIA—Cloud Computing Industry Alliance)的成立正是為了致力于云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù),推動云計(jì)算生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。隨著云計(jì)算和大數(shù)據(jù)的這種迅猛發(fā)展,企業(yè)自身想適應(yīng)市場和消費(fèi)者的需求就變得越來越難,因此云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟的建立使聯(lián)盟成員共享知識,聯(lián)盟知識的有向流動,降低了企業(yè)運(yùn)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn),分擔(dān)了創(chuàng)新成本,聯(lián)盟成員優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ),提高自身競爭力,實(shí)現(xiàn)利益最大化。知識是云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟中的重要核心,所以建立知識獲取機(jī)制是尤為重要的。本文首先分析了云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟和聯(lián)盟內(nèi)知識的概念及特征,分析了云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟知識獲取的重要性;基于知識生態(tài)視角揭示了云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟知識獲取機(jī)理,提出云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟知識獲取過程,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析設(shè)計(jì)云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟知識獲取機(jī)制體系架構(gòu),主要包括知識識別機(jī)制和知識選取機(jī)制,其中知識識別機(jī)制包括知識缺口的分析、知識表示以及聯(lián)盟知識地圖的構(gòu)建,知識選取機(jī)制包括知識搜索和知識匹配;最后,以中關(guān)村云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟為實(shí)證研究對象進(jìn)行了知識獲取機(jī)制的驗(yàn)證。本文對云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟知識獲取機(jī)制的研究,一方面為了使云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對知識的組織和獲取,實(shí)現(xiàn)知識利益最大化,另一方面完善了云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟知識獲取理論體系,為云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟知識獲取提供了新思路,也提供了知識獲取重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Cloud computing has developed rapidly since it was put forward. Countries all over the world pay great attention to its broad market prospects and huge industrial opportunities. Global IT companies have transformed to cloud computing. Cloud computing industry is growing rapidly. CCIA-Cloud Computing Industry Alliance. The company was established to serve the cloud computing industry. Promote cloud computing ecosystem and cloud computing industry. With the rapid development of cloud computing and big data, it becomes more and more difficult for enterprises to adapt to the needs of the market and consumers. Therefore, the establishment of cloud computing industry alliance enables alliance members to share knowledge, alliance knowledge flow, reduce the risk of enterprise operation, share the cost of innovation, alliance members complement each other, improve their own competitiveness. Knowledge is an important core of cloud computing industry alliance, so it is particularly important to establish knowledge acquisition mechanism. Firstly, this paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of cloud computing industry alliance and knowledge within the alliance. The importance of knowledge acquisition in cloud computing industry alliance is analyzed. Based on the knowledge ecology perspective, this paper reveals the knowledge acquisition mechanism of cloud computing industry alliance, puts forward the knowledge acquisition process of cloud computing industry alliance, and then analyzes and designs the knowledge acquisition mechanism architecture of cloud computing industry alliance. Knowledge recognition mechanism includes knowledge gap analysis, knowledge representation and the construction of alliance knowledge map. Knowledge selection mechanism includes knowledge search and knowledge matching. Finally, taking Zhongguancun cloud computing industry alliance as the empirical research object, the paper verifies the knowledge acquisition mechanism. This paper studies the knowledge acquisition mechanism of cloud computing industry alliance. On the one hand, in order to make cloud computing industry alliance to achieve the organization and acquisition of knowledge, to maximize the benefits of knowledge, on the other hand, improve the cloud computing industry alliance knowledge acquisition theory system. It provides a new way of knowledge acquisition for cloud computing industry alliance, and also provides important theoretical and practical significance of knowledge acquisition.
