【摘要】：本文以武漢市生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)為例,按產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)企業(yè)發(fā)生的技術(shù)供給與需求聯(lián)系構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性表征網(wǎng)絡(luò)的整體功能和企業(yè)位置及其對(duì)信息的控制優(yōu)勢(shì),與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效密切相關(guān)。因此,以節(jié)點(diǎn)度、中心度和結(jié)構(gòu)洞作為結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入指標(biāo),實(shí)證分析不同維度嵌入對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效產(chǎn)出的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,節(jié)點(diǎn)度、中介中心度對(duì)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效存在正向影響,接近中心度對(duì)集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品收入貢獻(xiàn)存在負(fù)向影響,結(jié)構(gòu)洞數(shù)量與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效無(wú)關(guān)。結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特征和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀提出:大力支持處于"中介連接"地位的專業(yè)平臺(tái)型企業(yè)的建設(shè);建立以核心企業(yè)為主導(dǎo)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室經(jīng)濟(jì);適當(dāng)減緩對(duì)于核心企業(yè)的支持力度。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Wuhan Biopharmaceutical Industry as an example, constructs the network according to the connection of technology supply and demand of the enterprises in the industrial cluster. The network embeddedness characterizes the whole function of the network, the position of the enterprise and its control advantage to the information. Therefore, taking node degree, center degree and structure hole as structural embedding index, the paper empirically analyzes the influence of different dimensions of embedding on enterprise innovation performance output. The research results show that node degree. Intermediary centrality has a positive impact on innovation performance, while close centrality has a negative impact on the income contribution of innovative products of cluster enterprises. The number of structural holes has nothing to do with innovation performance. According to the characteristics of network structure and the current situation of industrial development, the paper puts forward the following points: to support the construction of professional platform enterprises in the status of "intermediary connection"; Establishing laboratory economy dominated by core enterprises; Appropriate mitigation of support for core enterprises.
