【摘要】：花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)作為21世紀(jì)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),是一項(xiàng)集社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)效益于一體的綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)�；ɑ墚a(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境、城市的綠化美化的改善起到了重要作用,也成為農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、農(nóng)民收入提高的主要途徑。本研究圍繞長(zhǎng)沙市花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展展開,首先對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及問題進(jìn)行了分析。通過(guò)長(zhǎng)沙市花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)情況、流通情況、消費(fèi)情況分析,了解到長(zhǎng)沙市花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題主要有花卉商品化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化、專業(yè)化程度較低,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施薄弱,花卉技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力弱,流通體系不健全,花卉消費(fèi)水平低等。然后對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅進(jìn)行分析。其次,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展概況,借鑒荷蘭和云南發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和啟示。最后,提出了促進(jìn)長(zhǎng)沙市花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策與建議,包括做好花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)的規(guī)劃、發(fā)展布局和流通網(wǎng)絡(luò)；完善花卉產(chǎn)區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,加大資金投入支持；健全建立管理和專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)使用機(jī)制；建設(shè)市場(chǎng)信息響應(yīng)機(jī)制;加大科研投入力度,推進(jìn)花卉品種創(chuàng)新；樹立花卉消費(fèi)觀念,拓展花卉消費(fèi)途徑。
[Abstract]:Flower industry as a new economic growth point in 21th century, is a collection of social, economic, ecological benefits in one of the green industry. The development of flower industry on the ecological environment. The improvement of urban greening and beautification has played an important role in the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, the development of rural economy, and the main way to increase farmers' income. This study focuses on the development of flower industry in Changsha. First of all, the development status and problems of flower industry in Changsha are analyzed. The production, circulation and consumption of flower industry in Changsha are analyzed. It is understood that the main problems in the development of flower industry in Changsha are commercialization, industrialization, low specialization, weak infrastructure, weak technical innovation ability and imperfect circulation system. Then the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the flower industry in Changsha are analyzed. Secondly, the general situation of the development of the flower industry at home and abroad is analyzed. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of flower industry in Changsha, including the planning, development layout and circulation network of flower industry. Improve the infrastructure of flower production areas and increase the investment support; Establish management and professional personnel training and use mechanism; Constructing market information response mechanism; Increase scientific research input to promote flower variety innovation; Set up flower consumption idea, expand flower consumption way.
