【摘要】：隨著“黃金十年”的結(jié)束,煤炭行業(yè)進(jìn)入了持續(xù)低迷期,煤價(jià)下跌,產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩,傳統(tǒng)煤炭企業(yè)舉步維艱。攀枝花煤業(yè)集團(tuán)公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“攀煤公司”)作為國(guó)家在“大三線”建設(shè)中為攀枝花鋼鐵基地配套建設(shè)的國(guó)有大型煤炭企業(yè),經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、地理位置、自然環(huán)境等各方面都有獨(dú)特之處,也曾經(jīng)有過(guò)輝煌的時(shí)期。攀煤公司僅依靠國(guó)家去產(chǎn)能及相關(guān)配套政策不足以徹底擺脫經(jīng)營(yíng)困境,扭轉(zhuǎn)企業(yè)的不利局面。因此,攀煤公司結(jié)合自身特點(diǎn),提出了不與“煤”沾邊的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,其中低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是最為重要的組成部分。該產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略旨在企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)多產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、提高盈利能力的同時(shí),也對(duì)攀枝花寶鼎礦區(qū)乃至整個(gè)攀枝花市的環(huán)境保護(hù)做出國(guó)有企業(yè)應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。本文分為三大部分共6章,其中1-2章為第一部分,主要是對(duì)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的理論研究,提出實(shí)施低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的可行性和必要性;3-5章為第二部分,主要是以第一部分的研究為基礎(chǔ),使用SWOT分析法,對(duì)攀煤公司實(shí)施的低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)攀煤公司目前準(zhǔn)備實(shí)施的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展項(xiàng)目、未來(lái)可能實(shí)施的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)對(duì)該戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行理論補(bǔ)充。最后根據(jù)攀煤公司目前自身存在的問題以及低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展項(xiàng)目的需要提出管理建議。第三部分為第6章,主要是對(duì)全文進(jìn)行梳理總結(jié)并提出文章的不足之處。本文具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐性,很多想法和思路已經(jīng)開始逐步實(shí)施。本文作者作為攀煤公司員工,也是攀煤公司改革產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的直接執(zhí)行者之一。在希望本文成為自身MBA專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)一份滿意答卷的同時(shí),也希望本文的理論探討和方案建議能對(duì)攀煤公司改革產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展起到一定的參考作用,為公司健康有序發(fā)展略盡綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:With the end of the "golden decade", the coal industry entered a period of continuous downturn, coal prices fell, overcapacity. Panzhihua Coal Industry Group Company (hereinafter referred to as "Panzhihua Coal Company") is a large state-owned coal enterprise in the construction of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Base. Business model, geographical location, natural environment and other aspects have their own unique, but also there has been a brilliant period. Coal climbing companies only rely on national production capacity and related supporting policies are not enough to completely get out of the business predicament. Therefore, according to its own characteristics, Panpani Coal Company has put forward the industry development strategy which does not touch with "coal". Among them, low-carbon industry development strategy is the most important component. This industry development strategy aims to achieve multi-industry development and improve profitability at the same time. Also to Panzhihua Baoding mining area and even the entire Panzhihua city of environmental protection to make due contributions to state-owned enterprises. This paper is divided into three parts of six chapters, one to two chapters for the first part, mainly on the low-carbon economy. The theoretical study of low-carbon industry development strategy, put forward the feasibility and necessity of implementing low-carbon industry development strategy; Chapter 3-5 for the second part, mainly based on the first part of the study, the use of SWOT analysis, the implementation of the Panpan Coal Company low-carbon industry development strategy is analyzed. This paper analyzes the current industrial development projects and the possible future industrial development projects that Panan Coal Company is planning to implement. At the same time, the strategy of theoretical supplement. Finally, according to the current problems of the company and the need of low-carbon industry development project management suggestions. The third part is the sixth chapter. This paper has a strong practical, many ideas and ideas have been gradually implemented. The author of this paper as a coal company employees. It is also one of the direct executors of the reform and development of Panpani Coal Company. I hope this paper will become a satisfactory answer paper for my MBA major. It is also hoped that the theoretical discussion and proposal of this paper can play a certain reference role in the reform and development of the industry of Panpani Coal Company and contribute a little bit to the healthy and orderly development of the company.
