【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的流程包括產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)定位、設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)制造、營(yíng)銷傳播,直至作為商品被用戶采購(gòu)。整個(gè)過程的價(jià)值成效依賴于彼此關(guān)聯(lián)的資源要素之間的聚集合作,這種創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的過程可理解為“關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新”。和同樣強(qiáng)調(diào)合作的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新相比,兩者的區(qū)別在于:協(xié)同創(chuàng)新主要從科技創(chuàng)新范疇強(qiáng)調(diào)知識(shí)產(chǎn)出過程中產(chǎn)學(xué)研的橫向合作;而“關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新”則從設(shè)計(jì)范疇中的產(chǎn)品生命周期的縱向發(fā)展角度探討設(shè)計(jì)在實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)價(jià)值過程中的相關(guān)資源要素之間的合作模式。 關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新的核心目標(biāo)在于設(shè)計(jì)成果的產(chǎn)業(yè)化,但目前大量的設(shè)計(jì)成果在產(chǎn)業(yè)化過程中不能滿足企業(yè)的實(shí)際需要,無(wú)法和市場(chǎng)對(duì)接,切斷了關(guān)聯(lián)合作的可能性;此外,即使創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)成果達(dá)到了可市場(chǎng)化的要求,而相關(guān)企業(yè)在獲得外部資源時(shí)仍然面臨對(duì)合作成效不確定性的擔(dān)憂,這種對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的誤讀也將導(dǎo)致設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的失敗。因此,必須運(yùn)用關(guān)聯(lián)機(jī)制對(duì)企業(yè)行為進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)組織,降低關(guān)聯(lián)過程中離散資源對(duì)象因風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題導(dǎo)致的不信任對(duì)創(chuàng)新進(jìn)程的阻礙。 本文以創(chuàng)新體系的理論框架為依據(jù),從關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新業(yè)態(tài)的產(chǎn)生條件出發(fā),研究關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新業(yè)態(tài)機(jī)理。首先,從思維架構(gòu)層面分析關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新的要素及結(jié)構(gòu)、資源交互過程機(jī)理等方面闡述關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新機(jī)理,探討資源要素的關(guān)聯(lián)模式和發(fā)展途徑;其次,從組織流程層面分析系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新角度研究上下游活動(dòng)的連接方式,探討設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)與企業(yè)之間關(guān)聯(lián)合作行為的組織實(shí)現(xiàn)方式以及思路對(duì)策;最后,從操作層面引入“平臺(tái)”機(jī)制,作為企業(yè)創(chuàng)新行為進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)組織的操作手段,引導(dǎo)資源深度介入,提高創(chuàng)新成果的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化率。 為保證關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制在管理運(yùn)行中的可靠性和有效性,引入一套基于關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新業(yè)態(tài)的評(píng)價(jià)體系來(lái)界定創(chuàng)新合作的行為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文基于評(píng)價(jià)體系邏輯模型,闡述了評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新的作用,并從產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、價(jià)值輸出和創(chuàng)新能力三個(gè)層面思考提出評(píng)價(jià)體系的結(jié)構(gòu)框架,以創(chuàng)新行為評(píng)價(jià)、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出成效和關(guān)聯(lián)地理密度作為三大評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。致力于改變?cè)柔槍?duì)現(xiàn)象評(píng)價(jià)的研究現(xiàn)狀,創(chuàng)新地把評(píng)價(jià)體系作為資源要素合作過程中彼此之間內(nèi)聚和運(yùn)行的條件,一方面是為了提高創(chuàng)新能力以及促協(xié)調(diào)合作,擴(kuò)大關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新的交互網(wǎng)絡(luò),另一方面也是對(duì)關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展的整體成效評(píng)價(jià),可作為扶持政策完善的依據(jù),以達(dá)到的可復(fù)制的目的,規(guī)模化地提高機(jī)制的推廣和運(yùn)行能力,,最終形成可持續(xù)的創(chuàng)新“交互反饋”機(jī)制。 最后,本文以設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái)案例的規(guī)劃組織研究,對(duì)上述關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新機(jī)理及評(píng)價(jià)體系的理論分析進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。根據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新機(jī)理提出平臺(tái)的建設(shè)目標(biāo)要求設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)框架及其界面表現(xiàn)形式,制定出符合該平臺(tái)運(yùn)行和管理需求的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)內(nèi)容,并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)可視化形式進(jìn)行表達(dá)。此設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)服務(wù)平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)充分展現(xiàn)了關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制發(fā)展的具體形式,證明了關(guān)聯(lián)創(chuàng)新機(jī)理在運(yùn)行和管理模式上可行性。
[Abstract]:Market positioning, design innovation process including product design, manufacturing, marketing communication, until the user purchases. As a commodity to be gathered cooperation between the resources of the whole process depends on the value of effectiveness in relation to each other, the process of innovation can be understood as "the relationship between innovation and innovation". Compared to the same collaborative cooperation the difference is: the collaborative innovation mainly emphasizes the cooperation of knowledge output from the middle process research on technological innovation; and "innovation" from the design category of product lifecycle in the longitudinal development perspective between the elements of design related resources in the realization of the market value of the mode of cooperation.
Innovation design is the core object is associated with the outcome of industrialization, but the current design results in a large number can not meet the actual needs of enterprises in the process of industrialization, and to market docking, cut off the possibility of Cooperation Association; in addition, even if the innovative design achievements reached the market requirements, and related enterprises in access to external resources when the cooperation is still facing uncertainty, the misunderstanding of risk will also lead to the failure of design innovation. Therefore, must use the association mechanism for enterprises to guide the behavior of organization, reduce the discrete resource object process due to the risk of problems caused by distrust of the innovation process of the obstacles.
Based on the theoretical framework of innovation system as the basis, starting from the production conditions of the relationship between innovation activities of the association of business innovation mechanism. Firstly, analysis the elements and structure of the relationship between innovation thinking from the architecture level, the association mechanism innovation resources interaction mechanism, to explore the relationship between mode and development way of resources; secondly, analysis of the connection study on system innovation of downstream activity from the organization process level and countermeasure discussion between design institutions and enterprises association cooperation behavior of the organization; finally, the introduction of the "platform" mechanism from the aspect of operation, as the enterprise innovation behavior to guide the operation of the organization means to guide resource depth intervention, improve the innovation achievements of industrial transformation rate.
In order to ensure the reliability of the relationship between innovation mechanism in the operation and effectiveness of introducing a set of related business innovation evaluation system based on the definition of innovation cooperation behavior standard evaluation system. This paper describes the logic model based on the function of the evaluation system of the relationship between innovation, and from the three aspects of product design, the value of the output and the ability of innovation thinking the framework of evaluation system, innovation behavior evaluation, innovation output effect and geographic density as three evaluation indexes. Dedicated to the research on the phenomenon of the change in the original evaluation, the evaluation system of innovation resources as elements of cooperation between cohesion and operation conditions, one is to improve the ability of innovation and promotion coordination and cooperation, expand the network interactive relationship between innovation, on the other hand, the overall effectiveness of the relationship between innovation industry development evaluation, can be used as support On the basis of policy improvement, we should achieve the goal of replication and scale up the promotion and operation capabilities of the mechanism, and ultimately form a sustainable innovation "interactive feedback" mechanism.
Finally, research program of this dissertation is to design the knowledge service platform of the case, the theoretical analysis of the relationship between innovation mechanism and evaluation system is verified. According to the relationship between innovation mechanism design requirement of platform function framework and the interface form of platform construction goal, establish evaluation indexes of the platform operation and management requirements. And the data visualization form of expression. This design design knowledge service platform, fully demonstrated the specific form of association mechanism innovation development, proved the relationship between innovation mechanism in the operation and management mode of feasibility.
