【摘要】:軸承是機(jī)械工業(yè)不可或缺的支承組件,廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械工業(yè)、航空航天、汽車工業(yè)、國(guó)防工業(yè)、電子信息技術(shù)等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,被譽(yù)為機(jī)械工業(yè)的“關(guān)節(jié)”,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和國(guó)防建設(shè)起到不可或缺作用。隨著我國(guó)科技水平不斷提升,軸承行業(yè)發(fā)展重心逐漸向高端產(chǎn)品偏移,而我國(guó)高端軸承市場(chǎng)長(zhǎng)期被國(guó)外企業(yè)占據(jù),行業(yè)面臨極大競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力。因此,制定一種適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境、切實(shí)可行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略迫在眉睫。本文研究目的是為軸研科技ZYS精密軸承產(chǎn)業(yè)制定一個(gè)適合當(dāng)前環(huán)境的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,為企業(yè)發(fā)展定下基調(diào),提升企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。通過(guò)對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的分析、國(guó)內(nèi)外軸承行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究和企業(yè)所處環(huán)境的考察,找出了影響ZYS精密軸承產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)以及外部機(jī)遇和威脅,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法為ZYS精密軸承產(chǎn)業(yè)制定了ZYS軸承的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,確定了戰(zhàn)略方向,確立了戰(zhàn)略方針和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),并制定了相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障措施。通過(guò)對(duì)世界軸承工業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)研究和ZYS精密軸承產(chǎn)業(yè)SWOT分析,制定了走技術(shù)創(chuàng)新型發(fā)展道路、堅(jiān)持走高端產(chǎn)品路線和堅(jiān)持國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。確立了將軸研科技ZYS精密軸承產(chǎn)業(yè)建設(shè)成世界滾動(dòng)傳動(dòng)領(lǐng)域的國(guó)際知名品牌的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。為了確保發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略順利實(shí)施和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的盡快實(shí)現(xiàn),提出了加強(qiáng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、強(qiáng)化管理、加快產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、提升服務(wù)意識(shí)和企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等策略。本文制定的戰(zhàn)略方案為ZYS精密軸承產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展定下了方向,使該產(chǎn)業(yè)能從容應(yīng)對(duì)來(lái)自國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)浪潮的沖擊,并幫助其不斷發(fā)展壯大,逐漸成長(zhǎng)為國(guó)際一流的軸承品牌。
[Abstract]:Bearing is a bearing assembly machinery industry indispensable, widely used in machinery industry, automobile industry, aerospace, defense industry, electronic information technology and other fields, known as the machinery industry "joint", an indispensable role in the national economic construction and national defense construction. With the level of China's science and technology continue to improve, the bearing industry development focus gradually to the high-end products and offset, China's high-end bearing market long-term by foreign enterprises occupy industry is facing great pressure of competition. Therefore, making a adapt to the market environment, the development of the war little practical imminent. The purpose of this study is to develop a suitable environment for the development strategy of scientific and technological research axis ZYS precision bearing industry. Set the tone for the development of enterprises, enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise market. Through the analysis of competitors, domestic bearing industry development present situation and the research Environmental inspection, identify the impact of ZYS precision bearing industry's strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats by using SWOT analysis method, development strategy of ZYS bearing ZYS precision bearing industry, determine the strategic direction, establish strategic policies and strategic objectives, and to develop the corresponding strategy through the study of the implementation of security measures. The development trend of world industrial bearings and ZYS precision bearings industry SWOT analysis, formulated the technological innovation path of development, adhere to the development strategy to go high-end product line and adhere to the internationalization strategy. Established the strategic goal of science and technology research of ZYS precision bearing shaft construction industry into the world rolling transmission field of well-known international brands. In order to achieve as soon as possible to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy and strategic objectives, put forward to strengthen technological innovation, strengthen management, speed up the adjustment of product structure, enhance service consciousness and enterprise Cultural construction strategy. This formulation of the strategic plan for ZYS precision bearing industry development orientation, so that the industry can take time for domestic and foreign markets from the impact of the wave, and help them to continue to grow, gradually grow into the international first-class brand bearings.
