【摘要】：承接國際產業(yè)轉移對于一個國家的發(fā)展與產業(yè)升級起著至關重要的作用。在新一輪的國際產業(yè)轉移浪潮中,作為中部省份的湖北省將怎樣來面對潛在問題,充分發(fā)揮自身的比較優(yōu)勢,推動經濟發(fā)展和產業(yè)升級,仍然是亟待解決的問題。如何正確的認識地區(qū)產業(yè)轉移的規(guī)律,實現可持續(xù)發(fā)展,保持經濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是值得我們深入的探討和研究的。本文立足于產業(yè)轉移理論,探討本省承接國際產業(yè)轉移的相關問題。本文運用定量和定性分析的辦法,通過對相關數據的查找和分析、SWOT分析等方式,對本省承接國際產業(yè)轉移的現狀進行探討。找出本省在承接國際產業(yè)轉移中存在的問題,例如產業(yè)承接的整體規(guī)劃落后、信息平臺建設不完善。再針對本省的具體情況從不同的方面給出因地制宜的政策建議。
[Abstract]:To undertake international industrial transfer for a country's development and industrial upgrading plays a vital role in the new round of international industrial transfer tide, as the central province of Hubei province will be how to face potential problems, give full play to its comparative advantages, promote economic development and industrial upgrading, is still a problem to be solved how to correctly understand the area. The law of industry transfer, to achieve sustainable development, maintain sustainable economic development, is worthy of our in-depth discussion and study. This article is based on the theory of industrial transfer, to explore issues related to joint bearing the international transfer of industry of the province. This paper uses quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, through the search and analysis of the relevant data, SWOT analysis, discusses the situation of undertaking the international transfer of industry of the province. The province to undertake international industry transfer in problem cases For example, the overall planning of industrial undertaking is backward, and the construction of information platform is not perfect. The policy suggestions for local conditions are given from different aspects of the specific situation of the province.
