【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)是城市發(fā)展的歷史印跡和工業(yè)文明的標(biāo)志,是值得被重視的物質(zhì)和非物質(zhì)一種文化遺產(chǎn)。工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的更新再利用受到世界范圍內(nèi)越來越多城市的重視。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí),文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)正在迅速崛起,為都市更新帶來新的動(dòng)力。由于文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)和工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)具有高度的相互適應(yīng)性,以文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用成為越來越多工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)更新的第一選擇。我國臺(tái)灣地區(qū)對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)和再利用起步較早,實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富。臺(tái)灣地區(qū)從政策引導(dǎo)、社會(huì)認(rèn)知、多元化開發(fā)模式等方面入手,對(duì)城市中閑置的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)結(jié)合文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行更新改造,這些新生的文化創(chuàng)意場所為城市提供了文化創(chuàng)作與滲透的平臺(tái),同時(shí)也為工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)提供新的生命,帶動(dòng)都市更新。本文旨在對(duì)臺(tái)灣面向文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行更新的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行深入研究,對(duì)其政策引導(dǎo)、社會(huì)認(rèn)知、多元化靈活的開發(fā)營運(yùn)模式和尊重歷史文脈的設(shè)計(jì)操作等方面進(jìn)行總結(jié),期冀為大陸面向文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用提供更廣闊的思路。本文共分為6個(gè)章節(jié):第一章緒論闡述了研究背景和相關(guān)概念界定,研究了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究和實(shí)踐發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,確定本位研究方法和研究框架。第二三章對(duì)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用和文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)合的發(fā)展歷程、政策背景和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理,對(duì)二者結(jié)合的動(dòng)因進(jìn)行深入分析,并從不同角度對(duì)結(jié)合的類型進(jìn)行分類。第四章筆者對(duì)實(shí)地調(diào)研、親身感受的10個(gè)案例進(jìn)行整理和歸類,著重分析了其背景、現(xiàn)狀、實(shí)質(zhì)性價(jià)值與非實(shí)質(zhì)性價(jià)值、開發(fā)模式、再利用策略,歸納并提煉出其更新再利用方法和內(nèi)容。第五章總結(jié)面向文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用設(shè)計(jì)操作流程,從價(jià)值判別、功能、空間、新舊關(guān)系、景觀以及使用者關(guān)系等方面進(jìn)行總結(jié)和歸納。第六章通過對(duì)我國大陸地區(qū)在工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用方面存在的問題進(jìn)行反思,對(duì)比臺(tái)灣地區(qū)和大陸地區(qū)在此方面異同,總結(jié)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再利用結(jié)合文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)和啟示。
[Abstract]:Industrial heritage is the symbol of city development history and industrial civilization, is worthy of attention by the material and non-material cultural heritage. A kind of Industrial Heritage Reuse and regeneration by the world within the scope of the city more and more attention. With the development of economy, industrial upgrading, cultural and creative industries are rapidly rising, to bring new urban renewal power. Because of cultural and creative industries and industrial heritage has high adaptability, in the cultural and creative industry oriented industrial heritage reuse has become the first choice of more and more industrial heritage renewal. China's Taiwan region of the industrial heritage protection and reuse started earlier, with rich practical experience. The Taiwan area from the policy guidance, social cognition on the development mode of diversification, and the city of idle industrial heritage renovation combined with the cultural and creative industries, these new cultural creation Italy place provides cultural creation and penetration of the platform for the city, but also provide a new life for the industrial heritage, promote urban renewal. This paper aimed at the Taiwan cultural and creative industries for renewal of industrial heritage, the policy guidance, social cognition, diversified and flexible development mode of operation and respect the historical context of the design the aspects of operation are summed up, hoping for, for cultural and creative industries in the Industrial Heritage Reuse provides a broader idea. This paper is divided into 6 chapters: the first chapter describes the research background and related concepts, this paper studies the development status of domestic and international relevant research and practice, determine the standard research methods and research framework chapter two or three. Reuse of industrial heritage in Taiwan area and the combination of cultural and creative industries development, carding policy background and current situation, the combination of the two For in-depth analysis, and from different angles on the combination of classification. In the fourth chapter, the author of the investigation, 10 cases of personal feelings are sorted and analyzed the background, status quo, development of substantive value and non substantive value, model, reuse strategy, sum up and refine the update the contents and methods. The fifth chapter summarizes the cultural and creative industries of the industrial heritage reuse design process, from the value judgment, function, space, landscape and the relationship between the old and the new, user relationship and other aspects were summarized. The sixth chapter through reflection of existence in mainland China in the industrial heritage reuse problems. In contrast to the Taiwan area and the mainland area on the similarities and differences of Industrial Heritage Reuse summarizes some experience and Enlightenment of the cultural and creative industries combined.
