基于因子分析的我國壽險公司競爭力比較分析

【摘要】:一個國家和地區(qū)發(fā)展水平高低的標(biāo)志之一就是保險在人們生活中的地位。在如今這個社會,談保險色變的人不在少數(shù)。保險這個在國外發(fā)展歷史悠久而且在國民生產(chǎn)活動中占據(jù)重要地位的行業(yè),在中國依舊屬于新興行業(yè)。近幾年來,我國保險行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,無論是從保費規(guī)模,還是從保險公司數(shù)量上,都有著很大的發(fā)展。保險業(yè)不僅可以為居民和企業(yè)提供風(fēng)險補(bǔ)償,為居民生活保駕護(hù)航,而且可以進(jìn)行資金的融通,維持社會穩(wěn)定。 我國的保險行業(yè)起步較晚,不論從保險深度還是保險密度方面,我國與發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)都有著很大的差異。保險公司作為我國資本市場的主體和金融行業(yè)的重要組成部分,,其競爭力水平的高低直接影響到我國的綜合實力,因此,努力提高我國保險公司的競爭力水平已經(jīng)成為一項重大而迫切的任務(wù),對我國金融市場發(fā)展具有重要而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 本文主要介紹了我國人壽保險公司的發(fā)展及現(xiàn)狀,并根據(jù)五力模型介紹了我國壽險公司競爭力的構(gòu)成要素,從公司的規(guī)模、公司的經(jīng)營能力、成長發(fā)展能力以及風(fēng)險控制能力這四項指標(biāo)來評價壽險公司的競爭力。根據(jù)指標(biāo)體系建立原則從11個方面建立競爭力評價體系。在2012年中國保險統(tǒng)計年鑒中選取了全部69家壽險公司,作為總體,并抽取數(shù)據(jù)較齊全的50家作為樣本,在2008-2012保險統(tǒng)計年鑒中選取直接和間接數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行因子分析,最后分別從公司的規(guī)模、公司的投資收益能力、公司的保費增長能力、公司的人力資源報酬能力四個方面分析了我國現(xiàn)階段壽險公司的競爭力,并得出結(jié)論。我國壽險公司現(xiàn)階段總體發(fā)展水平不盡如人意,兩級分化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,壟斷性較強(qiáng),合資公司和股份制公司發(fā)展所遇瓶頸較多,在我國剛剛興起的健康險公司起步艱難,前景不容樂觀。并根據(jù)以上結(jié)論,從我國宏觀市場角度和公司企業(yè)角度提出提高競爭力的建議和對策。
[Abstract]:One of the symbols of the level of development of a country and region is the position of insurance in people's lives. In today's society, there are not a few people who talk about insurance color change. Insurance, which has a long history in foreign countries and occupies an important position in national production activities, is still a new industry in China. In recent years, the insurance industry in China has developed rapidly, both in terms of premium scale and the number of insurance companies. The insurance industry can not only provide risk compensation for residents and enterprises, protect the lives of residents, but also carry out the financing of funds and maintain social stability. China's insurance industry started late, no matter from the depth of insurance and insurance density, there are great differences between China and developed countries and regions. As the main body of China's capital market and an important part of the financial industry, the level of competitiveness of insurance companies directly affects the comprehensive strength of our country. Therefore, It has become an important and urgent task to improve the competitiveness of insurance companies in China, which is of great and far-reaching significance to the development of China's financial market. This paper mainly introduces the development and present situation of life insurance companies in China, and introduces the constituent elements of the competitiveness of life insurance companies in China according to the five-force model, from the scale of the company and the management ability of the company. The four indexes of growth and development ability and risk control ability are used to evaluate the competitiveness of life insurance companies. According to the establishment principle of index system, the competitiveness evaluation system is established from 11 aspects. In the 2012 China Insurance Statistical Yearbook, all 69 life insurance companies were selected as the whole, and 50 with complete data were taken as samples, and the direct and indirect data were selected for factor analysis in the 2008 / 2012 insurance statistical yearbook. Finally, this paper analyzes the competitiveness of life insurance companies in China from four aspects: the scale of the company, the investment income ability of the company, the premium growth ability of the company and the reward ability of human resources of the company, and draws a conclusion. At this stage, the overall development level of life insurance companies in China is not satisfactory, the phenomenon of two-level differentiation is serious, the monopoly is strong, the development of joint ventures and joint-stock companies has encountered many bottlenecks, and the health insurance companies that have just emerged in our country have a difficult start. The prospect is not optimistic. According to the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the competitiveness from the perspective of macro market and corporate enterprises in China.
