太平人壽銀行保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略分析

【摘要】:銀行保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)在我國經(jīng)歷了10余年的快速發(fā)展,成為保險(xiǎn)公司三大業(yè)務(wù)渠道之一。但在業(yè)務(wù)快速發(fā)展的同時(shí)也積累了諸多發(fā)展中的問題,加之金融市場環(huán)境和監(jiān)管政策的變化,我國的銀行保險(xiǎn)保費(fèi)收入近兩年持續(xù)下滑。在當(dāng)前國家經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與轉(zhuǎn)型,國外經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變的情況下,銀行保險(xiǎn)所面臨的外部環(huán)境越來越復(fù)雜,有利影響和不利影響共存。在這種復(fù)雜的背景下,太平人壽要率先突破銀行保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的困境,甚至抓住機(jī)遇成為行業(yè)的領(lǐng)先者,就必須在對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)外因素分析的基礎(chǔ)上確立銀行保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本論文運(yùn)用了PEST分析、SWOT分析等分析工具,在分析太平人壽銀行保險(xiǎn)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出公司的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,剖析公司面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。并在此基礎(chǔ)上制訂了太平人壽銀行保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提出了具體的實(shí)施對(duì)策。全文共七個(gè)部分。前面三個(gè)部分介紹研究的目的意義,銀行保險(xiǎn)的涵義以及對(duì)我國銀行保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的總結(jié)分析。中間兩個(gè)部分主要介紹了太平人壽銀行保險(xiǎn)的基本情況,剖析了公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境狀況,這些為發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的提出提供背景資料。后兩部分提出了公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和實(shí)施方案。太平人壽銀行保險(xiǎn)如何利用自身的競爭優(yōu)勢,在嚴(yán)峻的競爭環(huán)境中取得突破。筆者希望本文能對(duì)公司當(dāng)前發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的決策提供一些參考意見,同時(shí)也希望對(duì)那些中大型非銀行系保險(xiǎn)公司突破發(fā)展的困境起到一定借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The bancassurance business has experienced the rapid development for more than 10 years in our country, and has become one of the three major business channels of the insurance company. However, with the rapid development of the business and the changes of the financial market environment and the regulatory policy, the insurance premium income of China's bancassurance has continued to decline in the past two years. With the adjustment and transformation of national economic structure and the complex and changeable foreign economic environment, the external environment of bancassurance is becoming more and more complex. In this complicated background, Taiping Life must establish the development strategy of the bank insurance on the basis of the analysis of the internal and external factors of the enterprise in order to break through the plight of the development of the bancassurance and even seize the opportunity to become the leader of the industry. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Taiping Life Insurance Bank, this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the company and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the company by using PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and other analysis tools. On this basis, the development strategy of Taiping Life Bank's insurance business is formulated, and the concrete implementation countermeasures are put forward. There are seven parts in this paper. The first three parts introduce the purpose and significance of the study, the meaning of bancassurance and the summary and analysis of the development of bancassurance in China. The middle two parts mainly introduce the basic situation of Taiping Life Bank Insurance, analyze the internal and external environment of the company, which provide background information for the development strategy. The latter two parts put forward the company's business development strategy and implementation plan. Taiping Life Bank Insurance how to make use of its competitive advantage in the severe competitive environment to achieve a breakthrough. The author hopes that this paper can provide some reference for the decision of the current development strategy of the company, and at the same time, it also hopes to play a certain reference role in breaking through the predicament of the development of those medium and large non-bank insurance companies.
