[Abstract]:The public pension fund in Japan is composed of the endowment insurance premiums shared by individuals, enterprises and the state. The investment income of the pension fund can be regarded as the "reservoir" of Japan's public pension system. In a sense, the core problem of the pension system is the raising and application of the pension insurance fund, which is the material foundation and important guarantee for the normal operation of the pension system.
