【摘要】：美國(guó)等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家充分運(yùn)用WTO有關(guān)條款,最大限度利用農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)這一"綠箱"政策,為本國(guó)畜牧養(yǎng)殖者提供了全方位的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障,其中不僅涉及對(duì)牲畜生理價(jià)值進(jìn)行保障的死亡和疾病保險(xiǎn),還包含保障養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)收入的價(jià)格和收益保險(xiǎn)。文章以美國(guó)奶牛收入保險(xiǎn)為例,著重對(duì)畜牧業(yè)收入保險(xiǎn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方式及實(shí)施原理進(jìn)行了闡述與分析,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),為進(jìn)一步完善我國(guó)畜牧業(yè)保險(xiǎn)制度提供相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The United States and other developed countries have made full use of the relevant provisions of WTO to maximize the use of the "green box" policy of agricultural insurance, thus providing a comprehensive risk protection for their livestock breeders. It involves not only the death and disease insurance to protect the biological value of livestock, but also the price and income insurance to protect the farmers' income. Taking the income insurance of dairy cattle in America as an example, the paper expounds and analyzes the risk management mode and implementation principle of income insurance for animal husbandry, summarizes the experience, and provides relevant policy suggestions for the further improvement of the system of animal husbandry insurance in China.
