【摘要】：正由于我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)正處于探索階段,農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的理論依據(jù)在哪里,國(guó)家如何確定農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的制度安排、農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式怎么確立等依然是重要的問(wèn)題開(kāi)展農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)就是要在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下,運(yùn)用保險(xiǎn)的原理探索建立解決災(zāi)害救助的新方式、新方法。農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)首先是保險(xiǎn),能不能真正按照保險(xiǎn)的原理開(kāi)展試點(diǎn),不僅十分必要,更顯得意義重大。
