【摘要】：本文利用2015年江蘇、河南兩省調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)考察了養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)對(duì)生豬價(jià)格指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)的需求,并進(jìn)一步分析了具有不同生豬養(yǎng)殖專(zhuān)業(yè)化程度和保險(xiǎn)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知度的養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)對(duì)生豬價(jià)格指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)需求的差異。研究結(jié)果表明,養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)對(duì)生豬價(jià)格指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)的購(gòu)買(mǎi)意愿較高,其支付意愿高于現(xiàn)行保險(xiǎn)政策所規(guī)定的保費(fèi)水平。生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)在家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位對(duì)養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)的購(gòu)買(mǎi)意愿和支付意愿產(chǎn)生正向影響,養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)加入專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社對(duì)其支付意愿產(chǎn)生負(fù)向影響;傳統(tǒng)生豬保險(xiǎn)購(gòu)買(mǎi)經(jīng)歷和生豬價(jià)格風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知對(duì)養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)的購(gòu)買(mǎi)意愿和支付意愿均有正向影響,養(yǎng)殖戶(hù)對(duì)生豬價(jià)格指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)的認(rèn)知對(duì)其支付意愿產(chǎn)生正向影響。本文認(rèn)為,政府補(bǔ)貼的保障、差異化保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)定、宣傳教育力度的加大有利于推動(dòng)生豬價(jià)格指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展;作為應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的重要方式之一,合作社能夠在一定程度上成為生豬價(jià)格指數(shù)保險(xiǎn)的替代工具。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of Jiangsu and Henan provinces in 2015, this paper examined the farmers' demand for pig price index insurance. Furthermore, the difference of pig price index insurance demand among farmers with different degree of specialization, insurance and risk recognition was analyzed. The results show that farmers have a higher willingness to buy pig price index insurance and their willingness to pay is higher than the premium level stipulated by the current insurance policy. The status of pig farming in the family economy has a positive impact on farmers' willingness to buy and pay, and farmers' participation in professional cooperatives has a negative impact on their willingness to pay. The purchase experience of traditional pig insurance and the perception of pig price risk have a positive effect on farmers' willingness to buy and pay, while farmers' cognition of pig price index insurance has a positive effect on their willingness to pay. This paper holds that the protection of government subsidies, the setting of differentiated insurance products and the increase of propaganda and education are conducive to promoting the development of pig price index insurance, which is one of the important ways to deal with market risks. Cooperatives can to some extent become an alternative to pig price index insurance.
