【摘要】：發(fā)展農(nóng)村小額保險是保險業(yè)服務(wù)"三農(nóng)"的重要手段,也是解決農(nóng)村低收入人群生存的有效手段。我國農(nóng)村小額保險在政府的支持與保險公司的配合下逐步發(fā)展起來,但仍存在法規(guī)缺乏,農(nóng)民參保意識不強(qiáng),產(chǎn)品與農(nóng)民需求不匹配等問題,需要政府、保險公司、農(nóng)民三方共同努力來推行農(nóng)村小額保險,逐步形成完善的"三農(nóng)"保障體系。本文運(yùn)用SCP范式分析農(nóng)村小額保險的市場結(jié)構(gòu)、市場行為和市場績效之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,判斷市場資源的配置狀況,為農(nóng)村小額保險發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The development of rural micro-insurance is an important means of insurance service for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and also an effective means to solve the survival of low-income rural people. With the support of the government and the cooperation of insurance companies, the rural micro-insurance in our country has gradually developed. However, there are still some problems, such as the lack of laws and regulations, the weak awareness of farmers' participation in insurance, the mismatch between products and farmers' demand, and so on, which need the government and insurance companies. Farmers work together to promote rural micro-insurance, gradually forming a perfect "three rural" security system. This paper analyzes the market structure, market behavior and market performance of rural micro-insurance by using SCP paradigm, judges the allocation of market resources, and provides a theoretical basis for the development of rural micro-insurance.
