【摘要】：正去年8月份,國務(wù)院六部委聯(lián)合印發(fā)了《關(guān)于開展城鄉(xiāng)居民大病保險工作的指導(dǎo)意見》,引起全社會的廣泛關(guān)注。目前,全民基本醫(yī)保制度的框架已經(jīng)建立,覆蓋13億多人口,參保率超過95%,織起了世界上最大的基本醫(yī)療保障網(wǎng),但城鄉(xiāng)居民基本醫(yī)保的保障水平還比較低,實際補償比例僅為50%左右,大病保障仍然是個"短板"。因此,國家針對性地出臺了指導(dǎo)意見。
[Abstract]:In August of last year, six ministries and commissions of the State Council jointly issued the "guiding opinions on the Development of Insurance for serious illness of Urban and Rural residents," which attracted wide attention of the whole society. At present, the framework of the universal basic medical insurance system has been established, covering more than 1.3 billion people, with a participation rate of more than 95. The largest basic medical insurance network in the world has been set up, but the level of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents is still relatively low. The actual proportion of compensation is only about 50%, serious illness protection is still a "short board." Therefore, the country has issued targeted guidance.
