【摘要】：現(xiàn)如今,隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,在產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)中運(yùn)用質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)是十分重要的,它不僅可以保障生產(chǎn)廠家的利益,也可以保障購買產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)者的利益。而驗(yàn)收抽樣是產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制的一個重要手段。 在產(chǎn)品的可靠性分析中,用產(chǎn)品壽命的分布來對產(chǎn)品可靠性進(jìn)行描述是一種主要的方法。因此,找到一種合理的分布,使其能準(zhǔn)確的描述產(chǎn)品壽命是十分重要的,可以使產(chǎn)品可靠性分析更加準(zhǔn)確科學(xué)。在本文中,分析了產(chǎn)品壽命基于EIG分布和log-EIG分布的截尾壽命檢驗(yàn)的驗(yàn)收抽樣設(shè)計(jì)。其中,基于EIG分布的驗(yàn)收抽樣設(shè)計(jì)是對產(chǎn)品的壽命均值進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),而基于log-EIG分布的驗(yàn)收抽樣設(shè)計(jì)是對產(chǎn)品壽命的中位數(shù)進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。 本文具體的研究路徑如下： 第一,對EIG分布和log-EIG分布進(jìn)行理論闡述和統(tǒng)計(jì)特性的分析。 第二,根據(jù)相關(guān)分析研究,計(jì)算出驗(yàn)收抽樣設(shè)計(jì)所需的最小樣本容量,OC函數(shù)和在保證生產(chǎn)者風(fēng)險不超過一定的值時相關(guān)參數(shù)表達(dá)式的值,并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,對一些具體數(shù)值的作用和意義加以說明。 第三,找出具體數(shù)據(jù),對驗(yàn)收抽樣設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行應(yīng)用舉例。 當(dāng)然,在得出相關(guān)的分析結(jié)果的同時,本文也存在一些不足。為了使研究方便,本文對一些理論分析和參數(shù)值做了簡化處理,這都是以后需要加以改進(jìn)的地方。產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)的驗(yàn)收抽樣設(shè)計(jì)的理論在國內(nèi)仍有很大的發(fā)展?jié)摿?相比國外的研究,國內(nèi)對產(chǎn)品壽命服從新分布的研究較少,不斷對基于新的分布的產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)的驗(yàn)收抽樣設(shè)計(jì)的研究將作為本文將來研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Nowadays , with the development of social economy , it is very important to use quality control technology in the production of products . It can not only guarantee the interests of manufacturers , but also guarantee the interests of consumers who buy products . Acceptance sampling is an important means of product quality control .

In the reliability analysis of products , the product reliability is described as a main method by the distribution of product life . Therefore , it is very important to find a reasonable distribution so that it can accurately describe the product life , which can make the product reliability analysis more accurate . In this paper , the acceptance sampling design based on EIG distribution and log - EIG distribution is analyzed .

The detailed study path is as follows :

Firstly , the EIG distribution and log - EIG distribution are analyzed theoretically and statistically .

Second , according to the relevant analysis research , the minimum sample size , OC function and the value of relevant parameter expression needed to ensure the producer risk do not exceed a certain value are calculated , and the results are analyzed , and the function and significance of some specific values are explained .

Thirdly , find out the specific data , and apply examples to the design of acceptance sampling .

At the same time , there are some deficiencies in this paper . In order to facilitate the study , some theoretical analysis and parameter values have been simplified . The theory of acceptance sampling design of product inspection still has a great potential for development in China . Compared with the research abroad , the research on the acceptance sampling design of product inspection is less , and the research on the acceptance sampling design of product inspection based on the new distribution will be used as the direction of future research in this paper .
