【摘要】：我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)應對風險的方式和方式已經(jīng)不能適應當今農(nóng)村社會的發(fā)展。在我國農(nóng)村,醫(yī)療問題、養(yǎng)老問題、子女教育問題等相關問題已經(jīng)成為制約我國農(nóng)村發(fā)展的重要因素,嚴重影響著社會主義新農(nóng)村建設的步伐。而目前我國農(nóng)村社會保障體系還不足以解決以上這些問題,因此引入商業(yè)保險成為我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)社會保障體系建設的重要內(nèi)容之一。相比于城市壽險的發(fā)展而言,農(nóng)村人壽保險業(yè)務的發(fā)展還處于起步階段。雖然從1994年開始,我國就已經(jīng)開始在全國范圍內(nèi)農(nóng)村地區(qū)推廣人壽保險業(yè)務,但是由于受到各個方面因素的影響,人壽保險業(yè)務在農(nóng)村的發(fā)展始終不盡人意。如何盡快提高農(nóng)村壽險的需求,促進人壽保險業(yè)在農(nóng)村的健康發(fā)展,成為我國社會關注的焦點問題之一。要在廣大的農(nóng)村地區(qū)推廣壽險業(yè)務,首先就必須掌握農(nóng)民的壽險需求,在此基礎上制定針對性的營銷策略,才能夠推動農(nóng)民壽險的快速發(fā)展。本文主要以我國廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū)為研究對象,分析了我國農(nóng)村壽險市場的情況,重點分析了影響我國農(nóng)村壽險需求的各種要素,主要包括收入、儲蓄余額、文化水平、農(nóng)村人口、居民消費價格指數(shù)以及少年和老年撫養(yǎng)率幾個方面。本文在研究的過程中主要利用理論分析和實踐檢驗的方法,對統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)進行了經(jīng)濟學意義上的解讀。本文分析了我國農(nóng)民壽險的影響因素和需求狀況,進而制定了相關的營銷策略,對于我國農(nóng)民壽險的發(fā)展具有十分重要的借鑒意義。壽險本文從經(jīng)濟學角度分析了壽險需求的相關理論,為本文的研究提供了理論依據(jù);其次,對我國農(nóng)村壽險的發(fā)展情況進行了全方位的論述,理清了我國農(nóng)村壽險發(fā)展的脈絡,分析了農(nóng)村壽險發(fā)展的重要意義;再次,以昆明市為例,進行了調(diào)查研究,對取得的數(shù)據(jù)進行了 Logistic回歸分析,分析了影響昆明市農(nóng)村壽險的主要因素;最后,在前文分析的基礎上,提出了我國農(nóng)村壽險銷售策略和發(fā)展策略。期望通過本文的研究,能夠全方位促進我國農(nóng)村壽險的發(fā)展,完善我國農(nóng)村社會保障體系,促進我國農(nóng)村社會的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The traditional ways and means of coping with risks in rural areas of our country can not adapt to the development of rural society. In our country, medical problems, old-age problems, children's education and other related problems have become an important factor restricting the rural development of our country, seriously affecting the pace of the construction of new socialist countryside. At present, the rural social security system in our country is not enough to solve these problems, so the introduction of commercial insurance has become one of the important contents of the construction of social security system in rural areas of our country. Compared with the development of urban life insurance, the development of rural life insurance is still in its infancy. Although life insurance has been popularized in rural areas in China since 1994, the development of life insurance in rural areas is always unsatisfactory due to the influence of various factors. How to improve the demand of rural life insurance as soon as possible and promote the healthy development of life insurance industry in rural areas has become one of the focus issues of our society. In order to popularize life insurance business in rural areas, we must first master the life insurance needs of farmers, and on this basis, formulate targeted marketing strategies in order to promote the rapid development of life insurance of farmers. This article mainly takes the vast rural area of our country as the research object, analyzes the situation of the rural life insurance market of our country, emphatically analyzes the various factors which affect the rural life insurance demand of our country, mainly includes the income, the savings balance, the education level, the rural population. Consumer price indices and dependency rates for adolescents and the elderly. In the course of the research, this paper mainly uses the methods of theoretical analysis and practical test to interpret the statistical data in the sense of economics. This paper analyzes the influencing factors and demand of peasant life insurance in China, and then formulates relevant marketing strategies, which is of great significance for the development of peasant life insurance in China. This paper analyzes the relevant theories of life insurance demand from the angle of economics, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of this paper. Secondly, the development of rural life insurance in China is discussed in all directions, and the development of rural life insurance in China is clarified. This paper analyzes the significance of the development of rural life insurance; thirdly, taking Kunming as an example, carries out investigation and research, carries on Logistic regression analysis to the data obtained, analyzes the main factors that affect the rural life insurance in Kunming. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward the marketing strategy and development strategy of rural life insurance in China. It is expected that the research in this paper can promote the development of rural life insurance, improve the rural social security system and promote the development of rural society in China.
