【摘要】：正《農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)條例》的出臺(tái),彌補(bǔ)了我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)法律法規(guī)缺失這一空白,是我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)法制史上的歷史性事件,將對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)規(guī)范健康發(fā)展帶來深遠(yuǎn)的影響黨的十八大對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)全局做出了宏偉規(guī)劃,也對(duì)金融保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了重要部署。近年來,在黨中央國(guó)務(wù)院的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,保監(jiān)會(huì)積極推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展,特別是在2007年中央財(cái)政開展保費(fèi)補(bǔ)貼試點(diǎn)后,農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展,農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的功能作
[Abstract]:The promulgation of "Agricultural Insurance regulations" has made up for the lack of laws and regulations on agricultural insurance in China, and is a historic event in the history of insurance law in China. It will bring far-reaching influence to the healthy development of agricultural insurance in China. The 18th National Congress of the Party has made a grand plan for the overall economic and social situation of our country, and has also made important arrangements for the development of the financial and insurance industry. In recent years, under the correct leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the CIRC has actively promoted the development of agricultural insurance, especially after the central finance launched a pilot premium subsidy in 2007, the agricultural insurance has achieved a leapfrog development and the function of agricultural insurance has been improved.
