山東省郵政公司保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)展現(xiàn)出了蓬勃的生機(jī),保險(xiǎn)代理機(jī)構(gòu)也需要進(jìn)行自我調(diào)正來(lái)適應(yīng)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展節(jié)奏。在新的形勢(shì)下,郵政保險(xiǎn)如何確定較為適合的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以利用當(dāng)前良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,應(yīng)對(duì)諸多挑戰(zhàn),從而保持持續(xù)、健康、快速發(fā)展,是郵政企業(yè)必須面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。 20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),主要的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論有以環(huán)境為基點(diǎn)的經(jīng)典戰(zhàn)略管理理論,以產(chǎn)業(yè)(市場(chǎng))結(jié)構(gòu)分析為基礎(chǔ)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略理論和以資源、能力為基礎(chǔ)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論。 論文綜合各個(gè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論的特點(diǎn),采取先分析企業(yè)內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境,再通過(guò)確認(rèn)外部環(huán)境中的機(jī)遇與威脅、企業(yè)自身素質(zhì)中的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)——分析出企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力所在,繼而確定企業(yè)相對(duì)于主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位后,最終選擇發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的方法。論文將山東省郵政怎樣運(yùn)營(yíng)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)作為主要分析內(nèi)容,首先論文闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外郵政代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù),研究了山東郵政代理保險(xiǎn)的內(nèi)外環(huán)境及行業(yè)環(huán)境,通過(guò)SWOT的系統(tǒng)分析,充分論述了郵政代理保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)是如何將劣勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為優(yōu)勢(shì),在困境中把握契機(jī)。與此同時(shí),也為郵政部門如何應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)危機(jī)提出了建議,盡力緩解郵政部門在代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)遭遇的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。論文以精細(xì)的分析為山東郵政代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)提出了“四部曲”,分別是:第一,實(shí)現(xiàn)代理兼業(yè);第二,發(fā)展為專業(yè)代理;第三,與保險(xiǎn)公司互助合作;第四,增設(shè)郵政保險(xiǎn)公司山東分公司。 論文力圖經(jīng)過(guò)一系列的研究和發(fā)展,參考我國(guó)頒布的關(guān)于保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的法律法規(guī),嘗試為山東省郵政公司尋找一條高效、迅速、持續(xù)的發(fā)展渠道,以及有效預(yù)防、降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、增強(qiáng)保險(xiǎn)代理業(yè)務(wù)專業(yè)化的策略,讓其發(fā)揮特有優(yōu)勢(shì),為郵政保險(xiǎn)代理從而爭(zhēng)取更多的市場(chǎng)份額,最終將保險(xiǎn)代理業(yè)務(wù)做大、做強(qiáng),從而推動(dòng)山東省郵政行業(yè)的整體發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, the insurance industry of our country has shown vigorous vitality, insurance agencies also need to adjust themselves to adapt to the pace of development of the insurance industry. In the new situation, how to determine a more suitable development strategy to take advantage of the current good development opportunities, to cope with many challenges, so as to maintain a sustained, healthy and rapid development, is the postal enterprises must face the problem. Since the 1980s, the main enterprise strategy theories include the classical strategic management theory based on environment, the competitive strategy theory based on industrial (market) structure analysis and the core competitiveness theory based on resources and ability. This paper synthesizes the characteristics of each strategic management theory, first analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise, then by confirming the opportunities and threats in the external environment, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise's own qualities-analyzes the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Then determine the competitive position of the enterprise relative to the main competitors, and finally choose the method of development strategy. This paper mainly analyzes how Shandong Post operates insurance business. Firstly, the paper expounds the domestic and foreign postal agency insurance business, studies the internal and external environment and industry environment of Shandong postal agency insurance, and analyzes the system by SWOT. This paper fully discusses how the postal agency insurance enterprises turn their inferiority into advantages and grasp the opportunity in the predicament. At the same time, it also provides suggestions on how to deal with the market crisis and tries to mitigate the risks encountered by the postal authorities in acting as insurance agents. The paper puts forward the "four steps" for Shandong postal agency insurance business by careful analysis, which are: first, to realize concurrent agency; second, to develop into professional agent; third, to cooperate with insurance company; fourth, to cooperate with insurance company; Additional postal insurance company Shandong Branch. After a series of research and development, referring to the laws and regulations on insurance issued by our country, this paper tries to find an efficient, rapid and sustainable development channel for Shandong Post Company, as well as effective prevention and risk reduction. The strategy of strengthening the specialization of insurance agency business, giving full play to its unique advantages, striving for more market share for postal insurance agent, finally making insurance agency business bigger and stronger, thus promoting the overall development of postal industry in Shandong Province.
