基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術的汽車保險理賠風險控制研究

【摘要】:我國汽車保有量近年來不斷攀升,作為重要的交通運輸工具的汽車發(fā)生翻車、碰撞、刮擦等交通事故也不斷增加,因而保險與理賠業(yè)務也隨之增加。一方面帶動了我國汽車保險行業(yè)的發(fā)展,但同時隨著保險業(yè)務的發(fā)展也出現(xiàn)了保險風險在增加的趨勢,如何讓保險公司規(guī)避風險保證利潤,是保險行業(yè)不斷研究的問題,對于保險企業(yè)而言,控制好保險理賠中的風險因素變得必要而且迫切。 隨著現(xiàn)代計算機技術的迅猛發(fā)展,已經來到了大數(shù)據(jù)時代,數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術為分析大數(shù)據(jù)提供了一個參考,它是從巨大的、有缺失的、不規(guī)律的、不確定的、數(shù)據(jù)庫中找出藏匿在數(shù)據(jù)里可以被利用的信息和關聯(lián)的過程,,也是一種決策支持過程。本論文將研究數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術在汽車保險理賠風險控制中的應用。通過對汽車保險理賠案例數(shù)據(jù),運用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術分析其中風險。具體研究內容如下: 第一章主要介紹了我國汽車保險行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,并對存在的問題作了簡單的分析;介紹了國內外關于汽車保險理賠定價、風險控制、騙賠等方面的研究現(xiàn)狀。 第二章闡述了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術的基本理論和方法,數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的定義及其體系結構和設計構造的步驟,并對數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工具和挖掘種類進行了闡述。 第三章主要通過對汽車保險理賠流程的分析來對車險公司做總體需求分析,提出了保險費率,保險風險和營業(yè)績效三條具體的需求。 第四章結合工作實際對山東中華某公司汽車保險業(yè)務的理賠數(shù)據(jù)進行清洗分類,在相關劃分和分析基礎上,對數(shù)據(jù)挖掘體系進行總體設計。 第五章通過挖掘得出保險產品定價、保險理賠風險控制和保險理賠中騙賠客戶的特征,并對結果進行驗證。 最后總結全文并對數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術在保險理賠行業(yè)的發(fā)展前景做出展望。
[Abstract]:The number of cars in our country has been increasing in recent years. As an important means of transportation, the number of accidents such as overturning, collision, scraping and so on has been increasing, so the business of insurance and claim has also increased. On the one hand, it drives the development of automobile insurance industry in our country, but at the same time, with the development of insurance business, there is also an increasing trend of insurance risks. How to let insurance companies avoid risks and ensure profits is a problem that the insurance industry has been constantly studying. For insurance enterprises, it is necessary and urgent to control the risk factors in insurance claims. With the rapid development of modern computer technology, has come to the era of big data, data mining technology provides a reference for the analysis of big data, it is from the huge, missing, irregular, uncertain, It is also a decision support process to find the information and association hidden in the database. This paper will study the application of data mining technology in risk control of auto insurance claims. Through the case data of auto insurance claims, data mining technology is used to analyze the risk. The specific contents of the study are as follows: The first chapter mainly introduces the current situation and existing problems of automobile insurance industry in China, and makes a simple analysis of the existing problems, and introduces the domestic and foreign research status of auto insurance claim pricing, risk control, fraud and so on. In the second chapter, the basic theory and method of data mining technology, the definition of data warehouse, its architecture and the steps of designing and constructing are described, and the data mining tools and kinds of mining are described. The third chapter analyzes the overall demand of auto insurance companies by analyzing the process of auto insurance claims, and puts forward three specific requirements: insurance rate, insurance risk and business performance. In the fourth chapter, the data of auto insurance business in Shandong Zhonghua Company are cleaned and classified, and the data mining system is designed on the basis of relevant division and analysis. In the fifth chapter, the characteristics of insurance product pricing, insurance claim risk control and insurance claim fraud are obtained, and the results are verified. Finally, the paper summarizes the development prospect of data mining technology in insurance claims industry.
