【摘要】：近年來,隨著廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,民眾的生活水平得到了顯著提高,民眾開始越加關(guān)注健康問題,社會(huì)對(duì)健康保障方面的需求不斷增大,商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)作為社會(huì)醫(yī)療保障體系的重要組成部分,在民眾健康保障方面所扮演的角色越來越重要。在當(dāng)前“城鎮(zhèn)化”“新醫(yī)改”背景下,廣西商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展對(duì)于廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的平穩(wěn)快速發(fā)展也具有重要意義,然而目前廣西商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展較為滯后,亟需對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究促進(jìn)其進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。針對(duì)其發(fā)展的重要性,本文希望通過深入研究進(jìn)一步了解廣西商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)的現(xiàn)狀,分析影響廣西商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的因素,進(jìn)而提出一些符合廣西實(shí)際的商業(yè)健康險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的建設(shè)性意見,從而能對(duì)廣西商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展起到一定促進(jìn)作用。 本文綜合運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、定性研究法及定量研究法等分析方法,將全文分為了六個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章,對(duì)于國內(nèi)外有關(guān)商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)的研究成果進(jìn)行了梳理歸納,為本文研究廣西商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)市場提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)可靠的理論基礎(chǔ)。第二章,對(duì)商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)的概念及類別進(jìn)行了概況總結(jié),有利于加深對(duì)商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)的認(rèn)知。第三章,從供求兩個(gè)方面分別對(duì)可能影響商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)的因素進(jìn)行歸納分析,為下文進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析做出鋪墊。第四章,針對(duì)廣西商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)現(xiàn)狀,分析目前廣西商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展取得的成績及存在的問題。第五章,通過搜集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建VAR模型對(duì)可能影響廣西商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,并對(duì)實(shí)證結(jié)論進(jìn)行了討論。第六章,在前面章節(jié)的研究基礎(chǔ)上,從政府和保險(xiǎn)公司層面提出促進(jìn)廣西商業(yè)健康保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of Guangxi's economy and society, the standard of living of the people has been significantly improved, people began to pay more and more attention to health issues, and the social demand for health security has been increasing. As an important part of social medical security system, commercial health insurance plays a more and more important role in public health insurance. Under the background of "urbanization" and "new medical reform", the development of Guangxi's commercial health insurance is also of great significance to the steady and rapid development of Guangxi's economy and society. However, the development of Guangxi's commercial health insurance is lagging behind at present. It is urgent to study it to promote its further development. In view of the importance of its development, this paper hopes to further understand the current situation of commercial health insurance in Guangxi through in-depth research, and analyze the factors that affect the development of commercial health insurance in Guangxi. Some constructive suggestions on the development of commercial health insurance are put forward, which can promote the development of commercial health insurance in Guangxi. In this paper, the literature research method, qualitative research method and quantitative analysis method are comprehensively used, and the full text is divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, the research results of commercial health insurance at home and abroad are summarized, which provides a solid and reliable theoretical basis for the study of Guangxi commercial health insurance market. In the second chapter, the concept and category of commercial health insurance are summarized, which is helpful to deepen the cognition of commercial health insurance. The third chapter summarizes the factors that may affect commercial health insurance from the two aspects of supply and demand, paving the way for the empirical analysis below. The fourth chapter, according to Guangxi commercial health insurance present situation, analyzes the present Guangxi commercial health insurance development achievement and the existence question. In the fifth chapter, by collecting relevant data, we construct VAR model to analyze the factors that may affect the development of commercial health insurance in Guangxi, and discuss the empirical conclusions. Chapter six, on the basis of the research in the previous chapters, puts forward some constructive suggestions to promote the development of Guangxi commercial health insurance from the level of government and insurance company.
