中國人壽行業(yè)競爭力提升策略研究

【摘要】:保險公司之間的競爭能力是指在同一市場環(huán)境下同行業(yè)之間的競爭者實現(xiàn)其經(jīng)營目標(biāo)的綜合能力。保險公司的經(jīng)營目標(biāo)是指使參與保險經(jīng)營的各方利益者(包括客戶、管理者、投資者和所有者)的利益得到最大的滿足,并且為保險公司自身的生存和發(fā)展創(chuàng)造安全、穩(wěn)健和持續(xù)的價值。 中國人壽是一家經(jīng)營人壽保險和財產(chǎn)保險的大型央企,經(jīng)營效益常居國內(nèi)壽險市場首位,連續(xù)六年入選“世界品牌500強(qiáng)”。近年來,由于國外壽險公司參與國內(nèi)市場競爭,造成供大于求,保險市場存在需求不足的問題。隨著中國保險市場的逐步開放,外資保險公司的進(jìn)駐,人壽保險公司之間的競爭日益加劇,中國人壽在發(fā)展過程中面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),尤其體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)營管理、傳統(tǒng)競爭模式、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)、人才流失頻繁等方面。中國人壽保險公司的發(fā)展面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇的同時,為鞏固發(fā)展成果,保持競爭優(yōu)勢,對中國人壽來說,找到正確的提升自身競爭力的方法最為重要。 本文對國內(nèi)外壽險行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述,并將中國人壽與國內(nèi)外壽險公司的優(yōu)勢及不足進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的比較分析。針對中國人壽在壽險市場競爭中應(yīng)該注意的種種問題進(jìn)行了分析和研究,為中國人壽保險公司的穩(wěn)定健康的發(fā)展提出自己的看法。
[Abstract]:The competitiveness of insurance companies refers to the comprehensive ability of competitors in the same market environment to achieve their business objectives. The business objective of the insurance company is to maximize the interests of all parties involved in the insurance business, including customers, managers, investors and owners, and to create security for the survival and development of the insurance company itself. Steady and continuous value. China Life Insurance is a large state-owned enterprise which manages life insurance and property insurance. It often ranks first in the domestic life insurance market and has been selected as the top 500 brand in the world for six consecutive years. In recent years, due to the participation of foreign life insurance companies in the domestic market competition, the supply exceeds demand, and there is insufficient demand in the insurance market. With the gradual opening of China's insurance market and the entry of foreign insurance companies, the competition among life insurance companies is increasingly intensified. China Life faces severe challenges in the process of development, especially in the management and traditional competition mode. Construction of corporate culture, frequent brain drain and other aspects. The development of China Life Insurance Company is faced with great challenges and opportunities. In order to consolidate the development achievements and maintain the competitive advantage, it is most important for China Life Insurance Company to find a correct way to enhance its competitiveness. This paper expounds the present situation of life insurance industry at home and abroad, and makes a serious comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages between China Life Insurance and domestic and foreign life insurance companies. This paper analyzes and studies the problems that China Life Insurance should pay attention to in the market competition of life insurance, and puts forward its own views for the stable and healthy development of Chinese life insurance companies.
