【摘要】：本文基于樣本財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)公司2005年2011年的經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用三階段DEA方法對(duì)公司的技術(shù)效率進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,與傳統(tǒng)的效率測(cè)度方法相比,剔除了環(huán)境因素和隨機(jī)因素對(duì)效率評(píng)價(jià)的影響,有效避免了模型設(shè)定誤差,所得效率值可以更準(zhǔn)確地體現(xiàn)公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平。進(jìn)一步,本文還分析了財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)公司技術(shù)效率的影響因素,得出我國(guó)財(cái)產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)公司平均技術(shù)效率水平不高,公司間效率差異性較大;機(jī)動(dòng)車輛保險(xiǎn)保費(fèi)占比和營(yíng)銷費(fèi)用占比對(duì)公司效率有顯著的負(fù)向影響,人力資本狀況、公司組織形式、投資模式對(duì)公司效率有正向的影響等一系列結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Based on the operating data of the sample property insurance company in 2005 and 2011, this paper makes an empirical study on the technical efficiency of the company by using the three-stage DEA method, which is compared with the traditional efficiency measurement method. The influence of environmental factors and random factors on efficiency evaluation is eliminated, and the model setting error is avoided effectively, and the efficiency value can more accurately reflect the management level of the company. Further, this paper also analyzes the factors that affect the technical efficiency of property insurance companies, and concludes that the average level of technical efficiency of property insurance companies in China is not high, and the efficiency of property insurance companies is quite different. The proportion of insurance premium and marketing expenses has a significant negative impact on the efficiency of the company a series of conclusions such as the situation of human capital the organizational form of the company and the investment mode have a positive impact on the efficiency of the company.
