【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)進(jìn)入快速人口老齡化和高齡化階段,醫(yī)療費(fèi)用支出壓力將日益增大。本文采用文獻(xiàn)分析法,對(duì)美國(guó)Medicare醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)私有化改革及其成效進(jìn)行分析,探究市場(chǎng)機(jī)制在醫(yī)療費(fèi)用控制中的作用,以為我國(guó)醫(yī)療費(fèi)用控制改革提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在待遇確定型的條件下,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)并不比政府更能有效地控制醫(yī)療費(fèi)用,但是,私人計(jì)劃的發(fā)展對(duì)醫(yī)療費(fèi)用控制也具有一定的積極意義。我國(guó)社會(huì)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)部門(mén)應(yīng)謹(jǐn)慎引入商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)公司來(lái)控制醫(yī)療費(fèi)用支出。
[Abstract]:As China enters the stage of rapid aging and aging, the pressure of medical expenditure will increase day by day. In this paper, the author analyzes the reform of the privatization of Medicare medical insurance in the United States and its effectiveness by means of literature analysis, and explores the role of the market mechanism in the control of medical expenses in order to provide experience for the reform of medical cost control in China. It is found that the market competition is not more effective than the government in controlling medical expenses under the condition of definite treatment, but the development of private plan has certain positive significance to the control of medical expenses. Our social medical insurance department should introduce commercial insurance companies carefully to control medical expenses.
