【摘要】：正天津人保積極主動參與社會管理,充分發(fā)揮保險保障地方經(jīng)濟平穩(wěn)發(fā)展、維護社會和諧穩(wěn)定方面"減震器"和"潤滑劑"的作用"十二五"時期是我國全面建設小康社會的關鍵時期,是深化改革開放、加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的攻堅時期。保險作為市場經(jīng)濟條件下風險管理的基本手段,作為金融體系和社會保障體系的重要組成部分,如何有效發(fā)揮自身的社會管理功能重要課題。人保財險天津市分公司(下稱"天津人保")作為天津市場規(guī)模最大的國有保險企業(yè),成立60多年來一直踐行"人民保險、服務人民"的使命,特別是在近年來通過在擴大農(nóng)險保障范圍,創(chuàng)新保險產(chǎn)品,大力發(fā)展各類責任保險等方面大力發(fā)揮保險社會管理功能作用,積極服務天津市經(jīng)濟民生,
[Abstract]:Tianjin PICC is actively participating in social management, giving full play to insurance to ensure the smooth development of the local economy. The function of "shock absorber" and "lubricant" in maintaining social harmony and stability is the key period for building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country, and a critical period for deepening reform and opening up and speeding up the transformation of economic development mode. As the basic means of risk management under the market economy, as an important part of the financial system and social security system, how to effectively exert its own social management function is an important topic. As the largest state-owned insurance enterprise in Tianjin, PICC Tianjin Branch (hereinafter referred to as Tianjin PICC) has been carrying out the mission of "people's Insurance and serving the people" since its establishment for more than 60 years. In particular, in recent years, by expanding the scope of agricultural insurance, innovating insurance products, and vigorously developing all kinds of liability insurance, the social management functions of insurance have been brought into full play, and Tianjin's economy and people's livelihood have been actively served.
