【摘要】：目前我國保險業(yè)正在處于從“規(guī)模沖動”轉(zhuǎn)向“效益導(dǎo)向”的關(guān)鍵時期，保險業(yè)作為我國現(xiàn)代金融業(yè)的三大支柱之一，對我國金融業(yè)的發(fā)展甚至經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展都起著重要的作用。因此研究我國保險業(yè)的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟，為我國保險業(yè)從“規(guī)模沖動”轉(zhuǎn)向“效益導(dǎo)向”提供一定的理論依據(jù)，有助于發(fā)展我國的經(jīng)濟，具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文首先在介紹研究背景和意義的基礎(chǔ)上，對國內(nèi)外保險業(yè)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了概括，其次對規(guī)模經(jīng)濟的相關(guān)理論知識進行了介紹，包括規(guī)模經(jīng)濟理論的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展以及規(guī)模經(jīng)濟的界定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并且分析規(guī)模經(jīng)濟的影響因素。然后介紹了我國保險業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程，并且從風(fēng)險角度、市場容量角度、市場結(jié)構(gòu)角度、成本角度四個方面對我國保險業(yè)的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟進行理論分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)我國保險業(yè)理論上比較容易實現(xiàn)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟，同時分析了影響我國保險業(yè)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟的因素。接著通過利用超越對數(shù)成本函數(shù)模型，采用2006—2010年的面板數(shù)據(jù)分別對我國壽險業(yè)和財險業(yè)的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)狀進行了實證研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)我國保險業(yè)整體的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟系數(shù)比較高，規(guī)模經(jīng)濟性不明顯，由于實證分析與理論分析的結(jié)果并不相符，，因此接下來分析造成我國保險業(yè)規(guī)模不經(jīng)濟的主要因素。最后總結(jié)全文的研究結(jié)果并對我國保險業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the insurance industry of our country is in the key period of changing from "scale impulse" to "benefit guidance". As one of the three pillars of our modern financial industry, insurance industry plays an important role in the development of our financial industry and even the development of economy. Therefore, the study of the scale economy of insurance industry in China provides a theoretical basis for our insurance industry to change from "scale impulse" to "benefit orientation", which is helpful to the development of our country's economy and has certain practical significance. On the basis of introducing the background and significance of the research, this paper summarizes the current research situation of scale economy of insurance industry at home and abroad, and then introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of scale economy. It includes the emergence and development of the theory of scale economy, the definition standard of scale economy, and the analysis of the influencing factors of scale economy. Then it introduces the development course of the insurance industry of our country, and analyzes the scale economy of the insurance industry of our country from the angle of risk, the angle of market capacity, the angle of market structure and the angle of cost. It is found that it is easy to realize scale economy in China's insurance industry in theory, and the factors influencing the scale economy of insurance industry in China are analyzed at the same time. Then, by using the logarithmic cost function model and panel data from 2006 to 2010, the paper makes an empirical study on the current situation of scale economy of life insurance industry and property insurance industry in China, and finds that the scale economy coefficient of the insurance industry in China as a whole is relatively high. The scale economy is not obvious, because the results of empirical analysis and theoretical analysis are not in line with each other, so the main factors causing the uneconomic scale of insurance industry in China are analyzed. Finally, the paper summarizes the research results and puts forward the relevant policy recommendations for the development of China's insurance industry.
