【摘要】：在文化適應(yīng)論的理論視域中,"捆綁制"是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的鄉(xiāng)土思維方式在社會(huì)保障領(lǐng)域的呈現(xiàn),是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)保障制度適應(yīng)于鄉(xiāng)村文化情境的產(chǎn)物。作為一種致力于提高政策執(zhí)行效率的策略,"捆綁制"雖然能夠即時(shí)性地提高"新農(nóng)保"的參保率,但卻無(wú)益于鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)的養(yǎng)老文化由家庭保障向社會(huì)保障的理念轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:In the theoretical field of cultural adaptation, "bundling" is the appearance of Chinese traditional local thinking mode in the field of social security, and it is the product of modern social security system adapted to the rural cultural situation. As a strategy dedicated to improving the efficiency of policy implementation, the "bundling system" can instantly increase the rate of participating in "New Rural Insurance", but it does not benefit the transformation of the old-age culture in rural society from family security to social security.
