【摘要】:盡管近年來(lái)壽險(xiǎn)公司已經(jīng)開(kāi)始關(guān)注并著手解決承保業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)失衡問(wèn)題,一些保險(xiǎn)公司在保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品功能配置、期限結(jié)構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)渠道上的問(wèn)題仍十分突出,進(jìn)而直接間接導(dǎo)致了壽險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障功能弱化、短期化傾向嚴(yán)重、過(guò)分追求現(xiàn)金流規(guī)模、保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)與投資業(yè)務(wù)主輔倒置、經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)日漸顯現(xiàn)及償付能力下降等不良后果。因此,加快壽險(xiǎn)公司保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理轉(zhuǎn)型以促進(jìn)我國(guó)壽險(xiǎn)業(yè)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展,更好地滿足社會(huì)對(duì)保險(xiǎn)的獨(dú)特需求就具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在實(shí)際調(diào)查、綜合研判和理性歸納的基礎(chǔ)上,從描述我國(guó)壽險(xiǎn)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析了壽險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)在產(chǎn)品、期限和渠道方面所存在的主要問(wèn)題以及產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的根源,并客觀評(píng)估了這些問(wèn)題的影響。結(jié)合我國(guó)具體經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)環(huán)境的變化和保險(xiǎn)業(yè)自身的發(fā)展規(guī)律論述了保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的條件和應(yīng)注意的一些問(wèn)題。參考國(guó)際成熟壽險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展歷程和轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)驗(yàn),給出了推進(jìn)我國(guó)壽險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)順利轉(zhuǎn)型的一些建議和舉措。在這方面,我國(guó)中大型的新華人壽保險(xiǎn)公司的壽險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展歷程頗具代表性,給我們的分析研究提供了一則典型實(shí)證。研究得出目前我國(guó)壽險(xiǎn)公司保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理主要體現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)品功能、期限設(shè)置和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道上,具體表現(xiàn)為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障型產(chǎn)品即傳統(tǒng)壽險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品占比較低、長(zhǎng)期期繳業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展停滯不前、對(duì)銀行郵政等兼業(yè)代理渠道的依賴(lài)性過(guò)強(qiáng)等。產(chǎn)生這些現(xiàn)象的原因主要有:壽險(xiǎn)公司法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)不完善;經(jīng)營(yíng)與發(fā)展上的規(guī)模與市場(chǎng)份額導(dǎo)向;營(yíng)銷(xiāo)人員的高流動(dòng)性及單一的傭金激勵(lì);消費(fèi)者對(duì)保險(xiǎn)功能的誤解與不當(dāng)消費(fèi)訴求等等。為解決上述問(wèn)題以求更好地發(fā)展,已有一部分頗具先見(jiàn)之明的壽險(xiǎn)公司理性而冷靜地進(jìn)行著保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,比如中國(guó)人壽保險(xiǎn)公司、太平洋人壽保險(xiǎn)公司和新華人壽保險(xiǎn)公司等。有些保險(xiǎn)公司的轉(zhuǎn)型比較成功,但也有一部分保險(xiǎn)公司在轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中由于種種原因轉(zhuǎn)型不夠徹底,收效也不明顯。當(dāng)前,壽險(xiǎn)公司在轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中要注意以下問(wèn)題:正確看待與對(duì)待伴隨結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題;把握好轉(zhuǎn)型節(jié)奏;轉(zhuǎn)變以保費(fèi)規(guī)模論英雄的發(fā)展理念;提升公司治理水平、技術(shù)水平與創(chuàng)新能力;轉(zhuǎn)型應(yīng)因(公)司而異,不能“一刀切”,要應(yīng)情況變化而變化等。應(yīng)正確借鑒發(fā)達(dá)市場(chǎng)壽險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的經(jīng)驗(yàn),摸索我國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展路徑;谝陨戏治,我國(guó)壽險(xiǎn)公司進(jìn)行保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的相應(yīng)舉措是:產(chǎn)品方面要適當(dāng)降低投資理財(cái)型產(chǎn)品比例,更多地開(kāi)發(fā)銷(xiāo)售風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障型品種;加大宣傳投入,強(qiáng)化投保人的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí),端正其保險(xiǎn)消費(fèi)理念與目的;響應(yīng)監(jiān)管要求停售一部分短期產(chǎn)品、躉繳產(chǎn)品,提高中長(zhǎng)期期繳保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品的比重;堅(jiān)持傳統(tǒng)的個(gè)人代理人渠道,調(diào)整控制銀行郵政等兼業(yè)銷(xiāo)售渠道;積極穩(wěn)妥地建立和拓展網(wǎng)銷(xiāo)等新興渠道。在這方面,新華人壽保險(xiǎn)股份有限公司壽險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的轉(zhuǎn)型思路、轉(zhuǎn)型目標(biāo)、遇到的困難及做法,以及轉(zhuǎn)型前后的不同效果,其經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)的若干啟示可能有助于我國(guó)壽險(xiǎn)業(yè)對(duì)合適的業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型路徑的探尋。
[Abstract]:Although life insurance companies have begun to pay attention to and solve the problem of unbalance of the underwriting business structure in recent years, some insurance companies are still very prominent in the function allocation, term structure and business channels of insurance products, which directly leads to the weakening of the risk protection function of the life insurance products, the short-term tendency is serious, and the excessive pursuit of cash flow. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to speed up the rational transformation of the insurance business structure of life insurance companies to promote the healthy and sustained development of the life insurance industry in China and to better meet the unique social demand for insurance. On the basis of actual investigation, comprehensive study and rational induction, this paper analyzes the main problems of life insurance business in the aspects of product, time limit and channel, as well as the origin of these problems, and objectively evaluates the influence of these problems, combining with the specific economic society of China. The changing conditions of the environment and the law of the development of the insurance industry have discussed the conditions for the transformation of the insurance business structure and some problems to be paid attention to. With reference to the development process and the experience of the international mature life insurance market, some suggestions and measures to promote the smooth transition of Chinese life insurance business are given. The life insurance business transformation and development course of the insurance company is quite representative, which provides a typical example for our analysis and research. It is concluded that the irrational insurance business structure of our life insurance company is mainly embodied in the product function, the time limit and the marketing channel, and the concrete performance is that the risk guarantee products, the traditional life insurance products, are compared. Low, long-term payment of business development stagnated, the dependence on the bank post and other facultative channels is too strong. The main reasons for these phenomena are: the imperfect corporate governance structure of the life insurance company; the scale and market share orientation of the management and development; the high liquidity of the marketing staff and the single Commission incentive; the consumer to the insurance work. Misunderstandings and improper consumption demands and so on. In order to solve the above problems in order to develop better, some very foresight life insurance companies have made a rational and calm transformation of the insurance business structure, such as the life-insurance company of China, Pacific Life Insurance Company and the life-insurance company, and so on. Some insurance companies have changed. It is more successful, but there are some insurance companies in the process of transformation because of various reasons for the transformation is not thorough, the efficiency is not obvious. At present, the life insurance company should pay attention to the following problems in the process of transformation: correct and treat the problems accompanied by the structural transformation; grasp the improvement rhythm; change the scale of premium on the concept of the hero; To improve the level of corporate governance, technical level and innovation ability, the transformation should be different from the (public) department, can not be "one size fits all", should change and so on. We should correctly learn from the experience of the business transformation of the developed market life insurance and explore the path of China's transformation and development. Based on the above analysis, the corresponding measures for the insurance business transformation of Chinese life insurance companies are: In the product, we should reduce the proportion of investment and financial products, develop more sales risk protection type, increase the publicity input, strengthen the risk awareness of the insured, correct the concept and purpose of its insurance consumption; respond to the supervision requirements to stop selling a part of the short-term products, wholesale the products, and improve the proportion of the medium and long term insurance products; adhere to the tradition. In this respect, in this respect, the transformation of Xinhua Life Insurance Limited by Share Ltd life insurance business, the transformation goals, the difficulties and practices encountered, and the different effects before and after the transformation, and some of its experience and lessons. The enlightenment may help our life insurance industry explore the appropriate business transformation path.
