【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展及計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷成熟,以及社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步,電子商務(wù)在市場(chǎng)中迅速崛起,已逐漸成為一種流行的商務(wù)模式,其發(fā)展勢(shì)頭非常迅猛。目前,電子商務(wù)推動(dòng)著市場(chǎng)創(chuàng)新性產(chǎn)品的迅速發(fā)展,不少電商巨頭先后進(jìn)軍金融行業(yè),可見(jiàn)電子商務(wù)在金融行業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展中舉足輕重的地位。近期,電子商務(wù)在金融行業(yè)中涌現(xiàn)出許多創(chuàng)新案例。 本文以電子商務(wù)市場(chǎng)化和金融服務(wù)相結(jié)合作為一個(gè)突破口,運(yùn)用電子商務(wù)運(yùn)行模式理論提供的方法和原則,引入淘寶退貨運(yùn)費(fèi)險(xiǎn)的項(xiàng)目,并對(duì)此項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理的案例分析。此項(xiàng)目是A保險(xiǎn)公司與淘寶網(wǎng)共同開(kāi)發(fā)的一個(gè)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目,對(duì)于現(xiàn)有電子商務(wù)市場(chǎng)具有引領(lǐng)作用。 本文首先介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外電子商務(wù)保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,引出本文所要介紹的項(xiàng)目。從項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)展前期準(zhǔn)備、初期評(píng)估、項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展階段評(píng)估及項(xiàng)目的后期階段評(píng)價(jià)等方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行述評(píng)。在述評(píng)中運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理中的WBS法及關(guān)鍵路徑等方法對(duì)項(xiàng)目每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)及關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)進(jìn)行介紹,并利用項(xiàng)目管理的分析方法,對(duì)項(xiàng)目預(yù)期的問(wèn)題及進(jìn)展中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行述評(píng)并提出解決問(wèn)題的方法。再介紹項(xiàng)目進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)后,市場(chǎng)反響及企業(yè)獲得的效益,分析此項(xiàng)目的利弊所在,并提出建議和意見(jiàn)。 本文所進(jìn)行探討的電子商務(wù)保險(xiǎn)不是指保險(xiǎn)公司通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為客戶提供有關(guān)保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)上承保等保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù),是指保險(xiǎn)公司內(nèi)部基于電子商務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理活動(dòng),與其他電子商務(wù)企業(yè)進(jìn)行合作,開(kāi)發(fā)出一個(gè)新型的電子商務(wù)業(yè)務(wù),讓兩家企業(yè)都能從中獲益。當(dāng)然,本文中所研究的電子商務(wù)保險(xiǎn)與一般的電子商務(wù)的分類相似,包括企業(yè)對(duì)消費(fèi)者(B2C)及企業(yè)對(duì)企業(yè)(B2B)這兩種類型。 本文最后提出了對(duì)電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域活動(dòng)保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)發(fā)展的啟示與思考,其中包含了對(duì)電子商務(wù)保險(xiǎn)銷售的啟示、對(duì)推動(dòng)電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域活動(dòng)保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)的啟示及探索,以便對(duì)今后電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域活動(dòng)保險(xiǎn)服務(wù)發(fā)展,乃至金融服務(wù)的發(fā)展拋磚引玉。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the maturation of computer network technology and the continuous progress of society, electronic commerce is rising rapidly in the market and has gradually become a popular business model. E-commerce is promoting the rapid development of innovative products in the market. Many e-commerce giants have entered the financial industry successively. It can be seen that e-commerce plays an important role in the innovation and development of the financial industry. E-commerce has sprung up many innovative cases in the financial industry. This paper takes the combination of electronic commerce marketization and financial service as a breakthrough, applies the methods and principles provided by the theory of electronic commerce operation mode, and introduces the item of Taobao return freight insurance. The project is an innovative project jointly developed by A Insurance Company and Taobao, which has a leading role in the existing e-commerce market. This paper first introduces the development of e-commerce insurance at home and abroad, leads to the project to be introduced in this paper. The evaluation of the progress stage of the project and the evaluation of the later stage of the project are reviewed. In the review, each link and key points of the project are introduced by using the WBS method and the critical path method in the project management. Using the analysis method of project management, the paper reviews the expected problems and problems in the progress of the project, and puts forward the methods to solve the problems, and then introduces the market response of the project and the benefits obtained by the enterprise after the project enters the market. Analyze the pros and cons of this project and put forward suggestions and suggestions. The e-commerce insurance discussed in this paper does not mean that insurance companies provide information about insurance products and services to customers through the Internet, and realize insurance business such as online insurance. An insurance company operating and managing activities based on electronic commerce, cooperating with other e-commerce enterprises to develop a new type of e-commerce business that can benefit both companies. Of course, The electronic commerce insurance studied in this paper is similar to the general classification of electronic commerce, including business-to-consumer B2C and business-to-business B2B). Finally, this paper puts forward the enlightenment and thinking on the development of active insurance service in the field of electronic commerce, which includes the enlightenment to the insurance sales of electronic commerce, and the enlightenment and exploration to promote the insurance service of activity in the field of electronic commerce. In order to e-commerce in the field of insurance services development, and even the development of financial services.
