【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的危害程度和農(nóng)村居民的收入特征是決定農(nóng)民購(gòu)買(mǎi)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的首要因素。伴隨社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型與發(fā)展,農(nóng)村風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素對(duì)農(nóng)民生活的影響排序以及農(nóng)民的收入水平、收入結(jié)構(gòu)都在發(fā)生重大變化,上述變化會(huì)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的需求造成影響。受自然地理?xiàng)l件限制和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)非均衡發(fā)展的制約,不同地理區(qū)域內(nèi)的農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和農(nóng)民收入特征均表現(xiàn)出顯著的地區(qū)差異,導(dǎo)致不同區(qū)域農(nóng)民的農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)需求出現(xiàn)分化。政府部門(mén)應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)需求的地域特征實(shí)施不同的補(bǔ)貼政策,保險(xiǎn)公司也應(yīng)當(dāng)開(kāi)發(fā)出差異化的農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品,以便最大程度的滿(mǎn)足農(nóng)民的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障需求。
[Abstract]:The degree of agricultural risk and the income characteristics of rural residents are the primary factors that determine farmers' purchase of agricultural insurance. With the transformation and development of society, the influence of rural risk factors on farmers' lives and the income level of farmers are ranked. Major changes are taking place in the income structure, and these changes will have an impact on the demand for agricultural insurance. The characteristics of agricultural risk and farmers' income in different geographical areas showed significant regional differences. Government departments should implement different subsidy policies according to the regional characteristics of agricultural insurance demand, and insurance companies should also develop differentiated agricultural insurance products. In order to meet the risk security needs of farmers to the greatest extent.
