【摘要】：改革開放以來,越來越多的農(nóng)民進城務工,形成了龐大的農(nóng)民工群體。他們?yōu)槌鞘猩鐣?jīng)濟建設做出貢獻的同時,社會保障權(quán)益卻沒有得到很好的維護。作為與農(nóng)民工群體切身利益相關(guān)的養(yǎng)老保險制度,對農(nóng)民工年老退出勞動力市場及老年生活有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本論文運用文獻研究和實證研究相結(jié)合的方法,對農(nóng)民工參�，F(xiàn)狀及影響因素進行分析和研究。首先基于現(xiàn)行研究中的不足與局限明確本文研究的重點與方向,確定了本文的研究框架；繼而結(jié)合實際的調(diào)查與研究,利用調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)描述農(nóng)民工的不同特征及參加養(yǎng)老保險的分布情況,比較分析了不同社會養(yǎng)老保險選擇的農(nóng)民工在個體特征、經(jīng)濟特征、社會特征和心理特征方面的差異性,從這四個方面識別影響農(nóng)民工參加不同養(yǎng)老保險的具體因素。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)：農(nóng)民工選擇參保的行為是一種有限理性選擇的表現(xiàn)；農(nóng)民工會在綜合自身人力資本、經(jīng)濟狀況、社會資本和未來發(fā)展規(guī)劃等因素的基礎(chǔ)上對自身綜合利益及行動價值進行評估,進而針對不同類別的社會養(yǎng)老保險做出理性選擇；.農(nóng)民工的月收入水平、住房條件、簽訂勞動合同狀況、居留意愿、身份認同程度等都會對是否參加養(yǎng)老保險以及參加何種養(yǎng)老保險有不同程度的影響；最后,根據(jù)影響因素提出可操作化的建議與對策,從而提高農(nóng)民工的參保率,維護農(nóng)民工的合法權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, more and more migrant farmers, formed a huge group of migrant workers. They contribute to the social and economic construction of the city at the same time, social security rights are not well maintained. As the interests of migrant workers pension insurance system, has important practical significance to migrant workers aged out of the labor market and the old life. This paper uses the methods of literature research and empirical research, analysis and Research on the current situation and influencing factors of migrant workers. Based on the direction and emphasis in the current study the shortcomings and limitations of the research, the research framework of this paper; then combined with the actual investigation and study, described by migrant workers the survey data of different characteristics and to participate in pension insurance distribution, the comparative analysis of different choice of agricultural social endowment insurance The economic characteristics of migrant workers in the individual characteristics, differences of social and psychological characteristic, specific factors in different endowment insurance from the impact of these four aspects of recognition. The results showed that: migrant workers migrant workers insured choice behavior is a kind of limited rational choice; human capital in their own farmers union, economic conditions, foundation social capital and future development planning and other factors on their overall interests and action value evaluation, and then according to different categories of social endowment insurance of migrant workers. To make rational choice; the level of monthly income, housing conditions, labor contracts, residence intention, the degree of identity will be on whether to participate in old-age insurance and to participate in the effects of different degrees of what kind of pension insurance; finally, according to the influence factors and put forward operational suggestions and countermeasures, so as to improve the migrant workers To participate in the insurance rate and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.
