【摘要】：從生態(tài)特征角度對社�；鹦畔⑾到y(tǒng)進行分析,構(gòu)建包含開放性、循環(huán)性、持續(xù)性、平衡性及進化性等5個一級指標,政策開放性等10個二級指標和政策全面性等24個三級指標的社�；鹦畔⑾到y(tǒng)評價指標體系,建立基于格柵獲取的模糊Borda數(shù)權(quán)重分析法的灰色理論評價綜合模型,并對我國已建立的30個省級社�；鹦畔⑾到y(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺進行綜合評價,以檢驗該評價模型及方法的可操作性。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the social security fund information system from the angle of ecological characteristics, and constructs five primary indexes, including openness, circularity, persistence, balance and evolution. The evaluation index system of social security fund information system, which includes 10 second-level indexes such as policy openness and 24 third-level indexes such as policy comprehensiveness, is established, and a comprehensive grey theory evaluation model based on the fuzzy Borda number weight analysis method obtained from the grid is established. A comprehensive evaluation of 30 provincial social security fund information system network platforms has been carried out in order to verify the feasibility of the evaluation model and method.
