【摘要】：湖北是全國重要的農產品生產基地,因歷來自然災害頻發(fā),其農業(yè)生產頗受影響。自2007年啟動農業(yè)保險補貼試點以來,湖北政策性農業(yè)保險發(fā)展較快,為分散農業(yè)風險、保障農業(yè)再生產提供了支撐,但目前農戶、保險公司與基層政府均各自面臨困境。文章認為,應通過各種措施促進湖北農業(yè)保險健康、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Hubei is an important agricultural production base in China, and its agricultural production has been affected because of frequent natural disasters. Since 2007, when the pilot project of agricultural insurance subsidy was launched, Hubei policy-oriented agricultural insurance has developed rapidly, in order to spread agricultural risks. The protection of agricultural reproduction has provided support, but at present farmers, insurance companies and grass-roots governments are all faced with difficulties. This paper holds that various measures should be taken to promote the healthy and stable development of agricultural insurance in Hubei Province.
