【摘要】：正近年來(lái),保險(xiǎn)業(yè)保持較快增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì)。截至2016年底,保險(xiǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)全年保費(fèi)收入30959.10億元,同比增長(zhǎng)27.50%,保險(xiǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)總資產(chǎn)達(dá)到151169.16億元,較年初增長(zhǎng)22.31%。這些成績(jī)既得益于我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)公司治理能力的提升,又對(duì)未來(lái)的保險(xiǎn)公司治理提出了更高的要求。保險(xiǎn)公司治理與國(guó)家治理能力現(xiàn)代化20世紀(jì)90年代中期之前,公司治理主要針對(duì)非金融機(jī)構(gòu),而對(duì)金融機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)注集中體現(xiàn)為商業(yè)銀行的專(zhuān)家式債權(quán)
[Abstract]:In recent years, the insurance industry has maintained a relatively rapid growth trend. By end of 2016, the insurance industry had realized a total premium income of three tillion ninety-five billion nine hundred and ten million yuan, an increase of 27.50 yuan over the same period last year, with total assets of insurance institutions reaching fifteen tillion one hundred and sixteen billion nine hundred and sixteen million yuan. Compared with the beginning of the year, these achievements have not only benefited from the improvement of our country's insurance company governance capacity, but also put forward higher requirements for future insurance company governance. Before the middle of 1990s, the modernization of insurance company governance and national governance capacity, Corporate governance is mainly directed at non-financial institutions, while the focus on financial institutions is concentrated on the specialist claims of commercial banks.
