【摘要】：當(dāng)前轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式,以拉動(dòng)居民消費(fèi)來促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的改革勢(shì)在必行。改革、完善我國(guó)醫(yī)療保障制度,合理增加醫(yī)保支出,勢(shì)必能消除廣大居民的消費(fèi)顧慮,帶動(dòng)民間消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng),既幫助中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)從下行中走出來,又促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變。通過整理我國(guó)31個(gè)省(市、自治區(qū))2008~2011年四年間相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行面板數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證分析,研究了醫(yī)療保障支出與居民消費(fèi)的相關(guān)關(guān)系。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示:醫(yī)療保障支出對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)居民的消費(fèi)水平有著很強(qiáng)的推動(dòng)作用,但醫(yī)療保障支出與我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的相關(guān)性不顯著,加快農(nóng)村地區(qū)的醫(yī)療保障制度的建設(shè),以及擴(kuò)大醫(yī)療保障制度的覆蓋范圍才能有效增加居民消費(fèi)水平,進(jìn)一步有效地促進(jìn)整個(gè)社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:At present, it is imperative to change the economic growth model and promote economic growth by stimulating residents' consumption. Reform, improve our medical security system, and reasonably increase medical insurance expenditure will certainly eliminate the consumption worries of the vast number of residents. Promoting private consumption growth not only helps China's economy emerge from the downward trend, but also promotes the transformation of the economic growth model. Through collating the relevant data of 31 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) during the four years from 2008 to 2011, the empirical analysis of panel data is carried out. The empirical results show that the expenditure of medical security has a strong promoting effect on the consumption level of urban residents, but the correlation between the expenditure of medical security and the GDP of our country is not significant. Only by speeding up the construction of the medical security system in rural areas and expanding the coverage of the medical security system can we effectively increase the consumption level of the residents and further effectively promote the economic growth of the whole society.
