【摘要】：隨著保險產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷深入和快速發(fā)展,以科學技術不斷進步為支撐,以人壽保險為代表的保險企業(yè)迅速崛起并發(fā)展壯大,對競爭環(huán)境的分析及創(chuàng)新人壽保險企業(yè)在保險業(yè)間的服務價值鏈將面臨著嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn),同時還將面臨社會保險及其他投資品等對商業(yè)人壽保險的替代威脅。在這種格局之下,人壽保險如何從容應對并加快自身發(fā)展成為當務之急。要使人壽保險在日趨激烈的新一輪競爭中立于不敗之地的決定性因素就是在對競爭環(huán)境做出詳細分析的前提下,嘗試性地創(chuàng)立服務價值鏈體系。誰實現(xiàn)并具備了這樣的條件,誰就擁有了未來。因此,著眼于對人壽保險競爭環(huán)境的分析及服務價值鏈的研究,將會全面增強人壽保險在保險企業(yè)間的綜合競爭力,以此推進人壽保險的快速發(fā)展。該研究不僅是理論層面的問題,同時也具有極為深遠的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文采用理論研究與實證個體案例相結(jié)合的方法,對寧夏人壽保險的發(fā)展態(tài)勢進行了全面描述,對價值鏈理論及相關理論進行了綜述,對新華人壽寧夏分公司的現(xiàn)狀、存在問題進行了深度分析。在此基礎上,堅持定合,著眼于推進寧夏人壽保險的長遠發(fā)展,提出了提高客戶滿意度,構建新華人壽保險寧夏分公司服務價值鏈的相關原則與措施,對增強寧夏人壽保險市場的綜合競爭力方面起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening and rapid development of the insurance industry, the insurance enterprises, which are supported by the continuous progress of science and technology, and the insurance enterprises represented by life insurance, are rising and growing rapidly. Analyzing the competitive environment and innovating the service value chain of life insurance enterprises in the insurance industry will face severe challenges, as well as the alternative threats to commercial life insurance, such as social insurance and other investment products. It is urgent for life insurance to deal with and speed up its development. The decisive factor to make life insurance remain invincible in the increasingly fierce new round of competition is to make a detailed analysis of the competitive environment. Try to establish the service value chain system. Who realizes and has such conditions, who has the future. Therefore, focusing on the analysis of the competitive environment of life insurance and the research of service value chain, This research is not only a theoretical issue, but also a profound practical significance. By combining theoretical research with empirical individual cases, this paper comprehensively describes the development situation of life insurance in Ningxia, summarizes the theory of value chain and related theories, and discusses the present situation of Ningxia branch of New China Life Insurance Company. The existing problems are analyzed in depth. On the basis of this, we insist on the cooperation, with a view to promoting the long-term development of life insurance in Ningxia, and propose to improve customer satisfaction. The related principles and measures of constructing the service value chain of Ningxia Branch of Xinhua Life Insurance Company play a certain reference role in strengthening the comprehensive competitiveness of Ningxia life insurance market.
