【摘要】：正為了保障出版單位轉(zhuǎn)制工作的全面、順利展開,中央、地方出臺(tái)了一些相關(guān)配套政策,企業(yè)年金政策作為其中的一部分,對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)制出版單位有著重要的意義。轉(zhuǎn)制出版單位如何建立企業(yè)年金,怎樣達(dá)到員工內(nèi)部分配的公平合理,值得我們研究和思考。一、企業(yè)年金的建立具有積極的意義企業(yè)年金,是指企業(yè)及其職工在依法參加基本養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,自愿建立的補(bǔ)充養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度�？梢�,參加基本養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)是建立企業(yè)年金的前提條件,
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the comprehensive and smooth development of the restructuring work of publishing units, the central and local governments have issued some related supporting policies, among which the enterprise annuity policy is a part of it. It is of great significance to the reorganized publishing units. How to establish the enterprise annuity and how to achieve the fair and reasonable distribution of the employees is worthy of our study and consideration. The establishment of enterprise annuity has positive significance. It refers to the supplementary pension system that enterprises and their employees voluntarily establish on the basis of participating in basic old-age insurance according to law. Participation in basic old-age insurance is a prerequisite for establishing an enterprise annuity.
